Being in a prime location, transportation is never an issue. Public transport like autos, rickshaws, and buses are available at all times. Nearby, there are hospital, malls, markets, and schools for children. The quality of the roads is top-notch, and parking is allotted for everyone, so there are no parking issues. Maintenance, including garbage collection, is always on time. The lifts and CCTV cameras work perfectly, and the security guards are diligent. The construction quality is fantastic, and there's no lack of ventilation. There are a total of 50 flats in the society, and everyone is friendly. All the amenities one would expect in a society, like a gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, play area, and playground, are available, and they are well-maintained. Neighbors are friendly, and cultural events are celebrated together. read more

People who rent are very troubled because there is water leakage from their bathrooms, but they never complain to the owner. We have to do everything ourselves. read more
