Good things here
Living in our society is a breeze thanks to the excellent connectivity. I can easily find public transport options like autos and cabs just a short walk away. The construction quality of our buildings is top-notch; I've never had to deal with issues like seepage, leakage, or plaster problems. We have a gym, swimming pool, club house, park, and even a play area for the kids�all right here in our society. And I must say, cleanliness is a priority here; everything is always well-maintained and hygienic. Garbage collection and pest control are done on time without fail. One thing I really appreciate is the lack of mobile network issues. It's such a relief to not have to deal with dropped calls or poor reception. And water supply is never an issue; we always have water available without any disruptions. I've never experienced water logging or drainage problems either, both inside and outside the society. The roads outside are well-maintained, and traffic issues are minimal. Electricity is reliable, and the lifts are always in good working order. Security-wise, I feel quite safe here. With CCTV installed and a good security system in place, along with the presence of security guards, I can rest easy knowing our society is well-protected.
Things need improvement
It's a bit disappointing that I don't feel much of a sense of community in our society. It seems like people aren't as friendly and cooperative as I'd hoped. I've noticed that cultural festivals and events aren't celebrated together, which takes away from the opportunity to bond and connect with my neighbors.

Good things here
Transportation connectivity near the society was satisfactory with availability of cabs and buses. Market areas and hospitals were close by. Maintenance quality was good with regular water supply, power backup and electricity supply. The parking area was provided in the basement. Security system was well maintained. Amenities like gym, swimming pool and clubhouse were available.
Things need improvement
Metro station was not available. Construction quality was poor with some seepage and cracks in the buildings. Amenities were not well functional. Residents didn't celebrate many events together.

Good things here
The roads surrounding the society were in excellent condition, with no potholes or water logging problems. All modern amenities were accessible and impeccably maintained, with no charges for tenants. Residents enjoyed round-the-clock water and electricity supply. Security was paramount, with a comprehensive CCTV surveillance system covering all areas. Festivals were joyously celebrated within the community, and residents were known for their helpfulness and cooperation.
Things need improvement
The build quality of the society was subpar, with internal seepage issues and thin walls that lacked soundproofing. This meant residents could easily hear noises from their neighbors, which was quite disruptive.

The security system and staff are commendable, providing a safe environment, and the locality of the apartment is favorable with easy access to local transportation.
Things need improvement
There are concerns regarding partial treatment towards tenants by the committee members, with different rules and additional charges for amenities. There's also a lack of transparency from the managing committee. Furthermore, the build quality of the apartments is poor, with issues such as seepage and pest control problems prevalent in the society.

Housekeeping staff is very efficient because of that our society is very much clean. atmosphere of the society is very much peaceful it is full of greenery. committee is very helpful they resolve every issue in no time. i like everthing about the society.

Hume pine ke liye pani tanker se bulana padata hai society me vo available nhi hai. thoda bohot traffic jam ka issue ata hai.

Maintaining the apartment comes at a relatively higher cost, and unfortunately, power backup facilities are not provided.

Good things here
Withing the range of 10 km ,you will get everyhting like grocerry,cafes,atm,cabs ,auto. amenities are provided like swimming pool,club house, gym,area. power back up facilities has been provided without any extra charges. managing commitee was attentive towards resident.

My living experience in the society was top notch i dont have any complains regarding anything . rooms allocation to bachelor's depends upon owner of the apartment

Good things here
Auto,cabs were easily available near by the society so the connectivity was good even though local market and essentials shops were near by the society. Construction quality and fittings of the furniture was of good quality. All the modern amenities are there in the society and everything is fully functional in the society. Spacious parking for owners and visitors as well in the society.
Things need improvement
Security system of the apartment can be imrpove like there are no cctv in the society. power back up facilities are there and even allocated to units as well but society is initiating yearly charges for it.
