The society boasts excellent connectivity, with easy access to highways within a 900-meter radius. Auto cabs, Ola, and Uber services are readily available nearby. The infrastructure and build quality meet high standards, with no issues like leakage or seepage, even in the basement. Adequate parking space is allocated for both owners and visitors, and the security staff is well-trained to manage parking slots and ensure people's safety. All necessary amenities, including a swimming pool, clubhouse, kids play area, and gym, are available and well-maintained. The residents are well-educated and decent, with a dedicated Utsav committee organizing festivals and cultural events. The society enjoys 24-hour water and electricity supply, and garbage collection is carried out daily, with wet and dry waste being�segregated.
When it comes to resolving issues, maintenance tasks typically take about 2 weeks to complete. However, if it's an infrastructure issue, it falls under the responsibility of the builder. Builders often take their time to address these issues, which can take around 1 or 2 months. This aspect needs improvement. Additionally, the power backup facilities provided by the builder only cover common areas like lifts and lights. Each resident installs their own individual power backup, such as an inverter, in�the�society.

The residents are friendly and supportive, fostering a cooperative atmosphere. The society is equipped with CCTV and security measures for safety. Modern amenities are readily available for the convenience of residents. The environment is kept clean, and all members of the community are amicable and helpful. Festivals are celebrated joyfully, adding to the sense of community spirit.
Auto rickshaws and other local transportation options aren't readily available near the society. Residents have to walk at least 10 to 15 minutes from the society to reach the main road to find them.

My living experience of that society was overall great .society has good connectivity,great build quality as such never faced leakage seepage issues.24/7 water and electricity supply.
Everything in the society is up to the mark but for tenant you have to pay extra charges if you want use any of the amenities.

Connectivity of the apartment is great,local transportation available easily.proper garbage disposible system has been adopted.build quality was great,no leakage and seepage issues.
Issue resolution process can be improve in the society.society should enhance maintaining facilities .everything in the society is perfect.

The build quality of the apartment is extremely poor, with prevalent issues of leakage, seepage, and cracked tiles in the units. Structural concerns are evident, as witnessed by columns collapsing in the washroom area. Moreover, the building's location, situated far from the main road, may pose accessibility challenges. Additionally, there are reports of biased treatment towards both owners and tenants, adding to residents' concerns.

The society's location slightly away from the main road ensures minimal pollution inside the apartment, which is particularly beneficial for senior citizens.
The connectivity in the area is extremely poor, with residents having to walk up to 2 km to access local transport. Despite open parking being provided, around 15% of residents in over 100 flats have not been allocated any parking space. Within a 500-meter radius, there are no medical or grocery shops available.

All the amenities has been provided and very well maintained, society is very neat and clean and the security sytem in the apartment is great.
Auto and local transport facilties are not easily available at the gate and even though the tenant has to pay extra charges to use gym facilities

If you book olla or uber they are easily gets available in front of the society. water supply is for 24*7. people are cooperative overall atmosphere is friendly. all modern amenities are present and well maintained.
Local auto and bus stop is not nearby. mall, schools and restaurants are 3-4km away. there are few leakages in the flat.

Maintenece of the apartment was really good ,Rooms were spacious and View from the units was beautiful in the society. Security system was great all the area were under cctv survilance. All the modern amenities were there in the society and fully functional.
Locality was not at all good in the society like it was inside from the main road in the society. Construction quality was poor like walls were very thin and not at all noice poof and even though seepage issues were there in the society. neighbour were horrible and noicy atmosphere all the time not at all understanding.

Schools are there at walkable distance,attentive managing commitee to resolve issues . safety of the resident is priorities and good security system. All the modern amenities are present in the society in fully fuctional manner. Crowd of the people is good and friendly.
Poor connectivity like there is no auto stand and bus stand around the society,hospitals are far away from the society. During rainy season there is leakage issues in the bedroom area. tenats are charged extra to use amenities in the society.
