The sewage system here is actually pretty well-managed. I've never had any issues with it, which is a relief because dealing with that stuff can be a nightmare.

Maintenance is good also the security is good taken care by. People living here are very nice with high standard. Though a perfect society.

Construction quality of society is very bad, need to work on it. No metro station is available nearby the society which is a negative point.
