Good things here
Good connectivity and easily accessible public transport, with nearby markets making shopping convenient. The construction quality was excellent, ensuring there were no issues like seepage or termite infestations. Proper ventilation and designated parking for residents added to the convenience. Regular garbage collection, with segregation of wet and dry waste, was well-maintained. Reliable electricity and water supply were also notable. The community had friendly neighbors who never caused disturbances. Elevators were in good condition, and the presence of CCTV cameras and a security guard provided a sense of safety.
Things need improvement
The roads were not well-maintained, which was inconvenient. There were no amenities like a gym, clubhouse, or swimming pool, which could have enhanced the living experience. Otherwise, everything else about the community was great.

In the society, residents can conveniently book cabs online for transportation within the premises. Water supply is reliable, available round the clock, ensuring uninterrupted access for all. Additionally, a power backup system is in place to mitigate any disruptions in electricity supply. Furthermore, residents benefit from the convenience of vegetable stalls within the society twice a week, facilitating easy access to fresh produce. "

The society lacks essential amenities such as a swimming pool, clubhouse, and gym, which diminishes its overall appeal. Moreover, the construction quality is subpar, evident in leakages and seepage issues plaguing the bathroom walls. Additionally, the unavailability of autos near the society adds to the inconvenience for residents. These shortcomings detract significantly from the livability and comfort of the community.
