The property is located at the Pimpri Chinchwad City and at this time that city is too much developed and hospital, school, metro station is not far away from society.

There is nothing too much dislike about the property but this location goes the long distance from Pune City

Nearby the society local shops, super markets and grocery stores are available. connectivity of the society is good, public transports like auto, cabs are easily accessible outside the society. Metro connectivity w=is good. Power backup is available in the society, no major electricity issues that are faced. There are no water supply issues. This society is kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. Garbage collections are also done properly on time, pest control are also done. seepage and leakage issues are not seen in the apartments. The society has got all amenities like gym, swimming pool, club house, play area for kids. cultural events and festivals are celebrated in the society, neighbours are friendly and cooperative. Traffic and water logging issues are not at all faced around the society. Drainage system of the society is good. parking is availablle in the society. Spacious balcony is available. Security system is good. Security guards are available, CCTV cameras are installed and it works all over the society.

I don't find any issues to state for improvement in this society, everything is good.

Good things here
Transportation connectivity is good with availability of public transport options nearby like buses and autos. Construction quality is also fine with no seepage and leakage issues. Amenities like gym and swimming pool are available. The flats are very airy and spacious.
Things need improvement
Maintenance quality is quite poor, with very frequent electricity power cuts. Hygiene and cleanliness are not maintained. Some water logging issues exist. Amenities are also not maintained properly. Residents usually fight and argue over petty issues.

The Pune International Airport is at a distance of 20 km via road from Aundh-Wakad. There are lots of shops, parks, jogging tracks, and a large green area is good for healthy living. The roads are well connected and everything is nearby like you can go to the nearest mall in a few minutes only. All the facilities are available inside the premises within a walking distance. The flats are available at a reasonable cost. The management is also responsive and quickly delivers the results.

It is a decent place with all the basic amenities like shops, a gym, ATMs. The connectivity is also good and you easily get public transport without any hassle. Police patrolling is done at regular intervals for the safety of the residents. The Malls, PVR, Clubs, Restaurants, and other amenities are nearby almost all types of cabs like Ola, Uber reach this place on time as there is no connectivity issue or traffic problem.

The society has a pollution-free environment, fresh air and well connected with plenty of transport options that let you reach anywhere shortly. Green parks, jogging parks, gyms, and all other amenities are present inside the society. Suitable for working couples and parents as the standard safety measures are taken care of.

Another advantage of this society is the minimal maintenance charges and clean internal roads with trees planted for lush greenery. The overall quality of the homes and other structures is good. 24-hour electricity supply, water supply, and maintenance are up to the mark.

Every room has a huge balcony for cross ventilation and a spacious area. The roads are well built and clean with street lights installed alongside. The construction is decent and seems that there is no need for regular maintenance. Regarding safety and security, there are no issues as there are CCTV cameras installed everywhere along with professional guard support. Connectivity is excellent as lots of public transport options are available.
