Never had any problems in turms of cleanliness and hygiene. i always get public transport any time and on time.

Good things here
The apartment construction is excellent with spacious rooms and modern amenities. Parking space is ample, festivals are celebrated, and connectivity is good with nearby schools and hospitals.
Things need improvement
There are no waterlogging issues outside the apartment roads, and security is tight with CCTV coverage. The Chinchwad railway station is 5 km away, and there's no power backup.

The area has good transportation links, especially with easy access to highway NH 24. The maintenance is decent, with no problems with water supply or waterlogging. There are various amenities available, such as a gym, a kids' play area, a clubhouse, a swimming pool, and parking spaces both in the open and in the basement. The community also celebrates festivals and events together
Things need improvement
The construction quality is mostly good, but there are some issues with water seepage in the bathroom walls and the kitchen area. The residents are split into three groups: those who are against the builders, those who support them, and those who are neutral. This division has created a political atmosphere among the residents.

Good things here
Connectivity with autos, buses, and cabs was convenient in the society. Nearby, there were markets, restaurants, and daily essential shops easily accessible. The construction quality was good; they never had issues with seepage or leakage. Maintenance issues were resolved promptly. People were friendly and celebrated all festivals together. The cleanliness was what I liked most about the society.
Things need improvement
I haven't faced any problems in the society, and I don't think there's anything I'd like to change or improve.

Every amenity was available in the society, including a gym and clubhouse. I never faced any issues related to public transport or connectivity in terms of online deliveries.

I used to live in the society, but I don't anymore. One thing that was missing was a place for outdoor games. We were not able to play sports like cricket and football. There wasn't even a badminton court. The society was very small, and there wasn't much space.

Left the society 4 years back. Maintenance acha tha , call karo toh aajate the kaam karne maintenance wale. Public transport & market available tha paas mein. No traffic issues as such. Amenities like gym , parks tha society mein.
Things need improvement
Metro nahi tha paas mein, metro door tha society lke. Kabhi kabhi zyada barish me waterlogging hota tha. Kahi kahi seepgae ka minor issues tha society mein.
