Good things here
If I speak about the connectivity of the society, I feel it is excellent, as the society is just 200 meters away from NH8 and all public transports are readily available around the society. There are verious numbers of mall, market areas, schools, restaurants around the society. I generally use my own car while travelling, proper parking slots are alloted to all residents in the society, apart from that there are ample parking spcae in the society, There is also proper visitor's parking space and no chaos is faced regarding it. The maintainance of the society is top notch, The society is consistently kept clean, with proper hygiene maintenance measures in place, fostering a healthy living environment. There are 2 lifts available in each buildings of the society and proper maintainance is done, even if one lift is under maintainance other one works. Lifts are always functional. The rooms in my flats are properly ventilated and throughout the year proper sunlight is received in all the rooms. Issues that arise gets quickly resolved by the society management, I have not faced any issues regarding it. Mostly all the cultural events and festivals are celebrated in the society. People are overall good and friendly.
Things need improvement
Everything being good, however recently some seepage and damps are seen in my flat as the building is getting old. electric wire fittings are not made properly. In amenities everything is available like gym, swimmingpool, club house but it is very small as compared to the crowd staying in the society. The gym is very small with limited equipements and swimmingpool is also very small.

The construction quality of the society is commendable, the buildings are getting old but still there are no such seepage and leakage issues that arise. The elevators works perfectly fine at all times. The club house is very well maintained. Other facilities and amenities like gym, swimmingpool, play area for kids are available in the society and maintained properly. Overall People staying in the society are friendly and cooperative in the society, all the festivals and events are celebrated together in the society. The society is well covered with CCTV cameras and good security system.
Things need improvement
The connectivity of the society is average, public transports like auto, bus, cabs are not available at a walkable distance outside the society. The wait time is sometimes more while taking a public transport. Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants are not available just outside the society. Pest control is not done on time for which insects and mosquitos are seen a lot. The maintainance charges are very high, according to that the society lacks in maintanance. The maintainance charges are 10k per month.

Overall maintenance is very good, as greenery is kept well-maintained. Sometimes during rush hours, autos and cabs are not available easily, requiring residents to walk a lot before finding transportation. To avoid this hassle, I have bought my own car. Additionally, the water quality received is not good, as we receive hard water, and the washroom flush keeps getting damaged, requiring repeated repairs.

Good things here
Public transportation options like autos and rickshaws are available just outside the society. The CCTV cameras and lifts in the society are in good working condition. The people living in the society are very friendly and nice.
Things need improvement
All amenities such as the gym, clubhouse, and swimming pool are available in the society. However, the basketball court could use some improvement.

Good things here
I lived there for one year. During my stay, the society was calm, and maintenance was well taken care of. The housekeeping staff was very good and helpful. Although there were amenities like a swimming pool, clubhouse, and gym, we didn't use them. There were no issues with seepage or leakage. Autos and rickshaws were available. Neighbors were cooperative and good. Perhaps because I was new to them, they were very nice to me, and people used to help me as I was a foreigner.
Things need improvement
I encountered no problems, and there was nothing about the society that I disliked. The society was exceptional, with all positive aspects.

Good things here
Transportation connectivity is good, with the main road located 100 meters away, connected to a highway. Hygiene is well-maintained. Electricians and plumbers are provided, and exterior paintings are done on time. Amenities like a gym, swimming pool, and clubhouse are present and well-maintained. Lifts and CCTVs are installed, and residents are cooperative and friendly, often celebrating together.
Things need improvement
Maintenance is not great, it's average. Issues include water hygiene in washrooms due to recycled water usage, damaged tiles, seepage, and drainage problems in most flat washrooms. Additionally, there are frequent pipe leaks.

Basic amenities of the society were available like swimming pool, club, gym, parks and connectivity�was�also�good.
Things need improvement
Maintenance services were available but the work was not done properly, and dirty sewer water used to come into the taps of the flats�2�days�a�week.
