Parking facilities within the society premises ensure convenient access for residents. While schools are conveniently located nearby. Timely garbage collection and proper disposal practices contribute to the cleanliness and hygiene of the surroundings, fostering a healthy living environment. The presence of elevators within the society enhances accessibility for residents, particularly those residing in higher floors. Continuous water and electricity supply, available round-the-clock, ensure uninterrupted access to essential utilities. All necessary facilities are thoughtfully provided within the society, catering to the diverse needs of residents and enhancing their overall quality of life. The cooperative and friendly demeanor of residents fosters a sense of community and belonging within the society. Additionally, the amiable nature of pets further enriches the social fabric of the community, creating a welcoming atmosphere for all.

In close proximity there are no hospitals nearby the society. The maintenance charges within the society are notably high, which may present a financial burden for residents. Furthermore, transportation connectivity leaves much to be desired, with difficulties in accessing autos and cabs due to poor road conditions. Additionally, the inconvenient location of the metro station further exacerbates transportation challenges for residents. The maintenance charge for a 1BHK unit is reported to be 6k, adding to the financial strain for residents. Seepage issues persist in the flats, impacting the living conditions and necessitating ongoing repairs. Moreover, inadequate ventilation exacerbates these issues, leading to discomfort for residents. The quality of plaster within the society is subpar, indicating potential structural concerns that require attention.

The society boasts good quality roads with minimal traffic, and local transport options like bus services are easily accessible nearby. Garbage collection within the society is efficient, with daily segregation of wet and dry waste. All amenities such as a swimming pool, clubhouse, kids play area, and gym are well-maintained and equipped. Residents are friendly, and pets are allowed with adherence to regulations. Allocated parking is available for owners and visitors, managed by well-trained security staff. Safety is a priority with CCTV surveillance and round-the-clock guards. Cultural events and festivals are celebrated, fostering community spirit. The abundance of open living spaces ensures ventilation and a peaceful�environment.

The major issues in the society include inadequate daily cleaning of the outer roads, especially near the bus stop where waste is dumped, causing annoyance and unhygienic conditions for residents. The build quality also poses challenges with leakage and seepage problems, though the maintenance team is working on resolving them. Lack of sewage pipelines and PMC water supply further adds stress, requiring the use of tanker water, which increases maintenance costs. Additionally, safety provisions like earthquake readiness and basic safety measures are lacking, which are significant concerns�for�residents.

The society excelled in providing a wide range of amenities, including a swimming pool, clubhouse, kids' play area, park, and garden, all of which were well-maintained and functional. The in-house swimming pool was particularly impressive, as was the well-equipped gym. The maintenance team ensured the upkeep of these amenities, and cleanliness was maintained on a routine basis. The build quality of the society was excellent, with no issues of leakage or pests. The fittings of windows, furniture, and basement areas were all of high quality. The residents were cooperative and helpful, and all festivals were celebrated within the society. Additionally, there was 24-hour water and electricity supply�available.
Things need improvement
Connecting with local transport facilities was challenging as we had to walk a bit to find local cabs near the society. Additionally, there weren't many grocery shops nearby, requiring us to walk a bit further to access essentials. Though Ola was available earlier to the society. The rooms were not very spacious, and in my opinion, the security measures were not sufficient, with CCTVs not available in all areas. The guests were also not verified well in the society. Allocated parking was not available for visitors, leading to conflicts when visitors parked in others' allocated�spaces.

The connectivity of the society is good, public transports like auto, cabs are available at a walkable distance outside the society. Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants are available outside the society. The society is maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. Garbages collection is done on time. No major electricity issues are faced in the society. Power backup is available all over the society. Lift are available and maintained properly. The society is safe for kids and women. The constructuion quality is good, issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are not faced in the society. Other facilities like gym, swimmingpool, park, club house, play area for kids are available in the society. Extra charges for using any amenities are not taken from the tenents. Parking space is available in the society. Visitor's parking is also available in the society. The society allows bachelors to stay.

Water supply issues are there,drinking water is not available though 24/7 water supply is been provided but we cant drink that water.
