Society facilities are managed by the builder, not the Resident Welfare Association (RWA). Security measures, including apps and CCTV, have been ineffective. Elevators require repair, although there are complaints of bad odors. Drainage issues persist.

I moved here 4 years ago, the connectivity was not good at all, but now it has become very good and all public transport is easily available. The roads outside the society have also improved; earlier, the area was like a jungle. There is a Dmart right near the society. There is no leakage or seepage in my flat. There is no issue with the water supply in the society. There is also no issue with power cuts as the society provides a backup. The society has all modern amenities. The residents are cooperative, and festivals are celebrated very well.
Sometimes the lifts in the society have issues and problems. There is no seepage in my flat, but some flats do have seepage issues. The maintenance charges in the society are somewhat high.

Ola and Uber bookings were available online and accessible in the society. The cleanliness was well-maintained, and water supply was 24/7. All modern amenities were present. The residents were decent and helpful. The lifts were well-maintained, and there was sufficient greenery.
Buses were not available near the society, and there was no metro station nearby. There was a significant leakage issue once from the bathroom's ceiling in my flat.

Public transports like auto, bus, cabs are available at a walkable distance outside the society. There are nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants available outside the society. Water supply and electricity is available for 24*7 in the society. Power backup is available in the society. Water logging issues are not faced as such, drainage system is good in the society. Other facilities like gym, swimmingpool, park, club house, play area for kids are available in the society. Security system is good Security guards are available. CCTV cameras are installed and functions properly. Society is safe at night as well.
There are some cracks on the walls as wall quality is not good, and some seepage and leakage issues are seen in the flats. The maintainance needs to be improved of the society. Maintainance charges are a bit high according to the services provided.
