Good things here
Having a college nearby is convenient for students living in the society. Cabs available at the main gate add to the convenience. Stores and markets within walking distance further enhance the accessibility for residents.
Things need improvement
Having numerous restrictions for bachelors in the society can be frustrating for those individuals. This includes restrictions on using the lift, even when others are present. Additionally, the railway station is quite far from the society, approximately 30 kilometers away.

Good things here
The park in front of the society is beautiful, with a well-maintained garden area. The atmosphere is pleasant, with fresh air. The water facility is reliable, and there is a grocery shop within the society for added convenience.
Things need improvement
The cleaning of the society leaves much to be desired, and the roads outside are in poor condition. Parking areas are quite limited. Public transport buses are not readily available, and the nearest railway station is 5-6 kms away from the society.

Good things here
The public transport options are good, and the building construction is commendable, with plenty of parking space available. Additionally, the society provides a peaceful environment for its residents.
Things need improvement
You could only use the swimming pool if you lived in certain towers, but the location was really good, with lots of nearby amenities. It would be even better if they added more sports facilities for everyone to enjoy.

Hospitals are convienent for emergency in the society. Construction quality is well. Maintaining of lift is good.
Things need improvement
Connectivity like cabs are not available on time and inconvienent at nights. Amenieties are not maintaining well.

Atmosphere of the society is very spacious and very pleasent ,there is no any pollution around the society. Hospitals are not near to the society.
Things need improvement
Connectivity is very difficult at night times the cabs abd autos are not available that is inconvienent.

Play area is very enjoyable for kids. Swimming pool maintainance also very clean and hygiene. security is good in every time.

Maintaining of lift is not good. There is having 4 lifts in the society but there is working only 2 lifts that is inconvienent for residents.

Good things here
Apollo hospital is near to the society for emergency. Swimming pool is very clean and hygine for kids. people are very co-operative.
Things need improvement
Maintaining of lift is not working properly. It gets repairs always that is inconvienence. Kids play area not maintained well.

Atmosphere of the Society is positive environment and very spacious..Construction quality is amazing the builder done good work.
Things need improvement
Roads are not clean in the society. Hospitals are not available infront of the society for emergency. Aminities are available but bacholars are not allowed.
