Good things here
well connected area, surrounded by all basic amenities ATM, utility shops, children plan area, garden, internal roads, near by main highway Nh 24, all well connected
Things need improvement
nothing to dislike about the wave city, its a perfect residential area, and day by day it becoming priority to home seekers to get there home and build there home on residential plots available in wave city, market rate is also less compare to other loclities
