Good things here
Water and electricity are properly available. The maintenance work is diligently carried out, contributing to the overall upkeep of the surroundings. People find the connectivity convenient with easy access to nearby shops, schools, and colleges, enhancing daily convenience. The connectivity of the society is very good in terms of transportation; the availability of buses, auto-rickshaws, and taxis makes traveling around the area effortless. Markets, services, and schools are strategically located nearby, facilitating quick access for residents. The presence of a spacious park provides a pleasant environment for children to play and fosters a sense of community. Security is also a strong point as there are no concerns in this regard, and the elevators operate smoothly.
Things need improvement
There were no issues with the society; people were also good and caring. The society has the best construction quality with no evidence of seepage or leakage.

Good things here
The society is well-maintained with no issues at all. I used to live here until December 2022, and during my time, everything was excellent. Maintenance was quick and efficient, keeping everything in good condition. The construction seemed solid without any issues. The connectivity with autos, cabs, metro, and the railway station was convenient. Amenities like the garden, children's play area, swimming pool, gym, and clubhouse were well-maintained and enjoyable. The neighbourhood was friendly and safe. Security was reliable with CCTV surveillance and ample parking, including guest parking. There were no stray dogs causing any trouble.
Things need improvement
The area behind the society was not clean at all. It was always dirty, which was disappointing. Despite this, the society itself was well-maintained with no other issues in connectivity, maintenance, construction, amenities, neighbourhood, CCTV, security, parking, guest parking, or stray dogs.

Our society is rich in greenery, adorned with numerous plants and trees. We benefit from convenient connectivity, being just 1 km away from schools, bus stops, supermarkets, and grocery stores. The roads are well-maintained, with adequate street lighting and ample parking space. Maintenance standards are high, including daily cleaning and separate collection of wet and dry garbage, with weekly segregation. We enjoy reliable water and power supply, and our lifts are well-maintained. The construction quality ensures well-designed and well-ventilated rooms, enhancing our comfort. Our community is characterized by friendly residents who engage positively with each other.
Things need improvement
The noise pollution from nearby industries significantly impacts our community, causing disturbance to residents. Urgent measures need to be implemented to mitigate this issue and enhance the overall quality of life for everyone in the neighborhood.

Connectivity options like cabs and autos are easily available in the society if we book Ola and Uber. Amenities such as a swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, football court, badminton court, and table tennis are well-maintained in the society. Public transportation like buses is also nearby, within walking distance from the society. Maintenance charges are very reasonable in the society. The locality is very good and clean, and security is excellent, with 2 to 3 security guards present during the night, ensuring safety for residents.
Things need improvement
The construction quality in the society is not good, with some seepage issues in the bathrooms and cracks in the walls. Cleaning is not up to standard in the society. Additionally, garbage collection is not satisfactory, as it is only done three times a week.

Maintenance of society is good with functional lifts , proper garbage collection and proper water , electricity supply. Society has great connectivity with no issues in getting , cabs , autos or public transport . Good security and parking facilities.
