The place is well connected with other means of transport. There are no power cuts and no water shortage most of the time.

There are very less shopping places and malls. Sometimes the street light does not work at night. The people are also not much friendly.

Maintanence charges are moderate, nearby malls, resturants, markets are walkable distance and they are not crowded. Cabs and rickshaw are easily available. power cuts and everything is good for this price.

The quality of walls is cheap, with cracks appearing in the wall, society is made with cheap material also everything is good with the price

I fell safe in night I can freely walk on street nice society well clean and neat rooms so much space in rooms and parking

There are good school nearby with couple of hospital and the area is very clean with no garbage on roads.

Sometimes there is a water shortage problem and also there is increasing rate of theft problems in the area.
