Good things here
It has been 8 months since I left the society at the starting when I used to live the maintainace of the society was good society is very good overall it had lot of greeneries and the roads inside the society was built well and wide. Facilies like gym, swimmming pool and parks are very good and are accesible by all and these facilities are rated best by him people inside the society are friendly and cooperative, cultural festivals are celebrated together. there's a good social life among people in the society
Things need improvement
the maintainace for the last 3 years was not good there's a lot of electricity issue that are faced inside the society, during summers this issue is faced a lot and electricity works through CG water issues are faced,they used to receive water through government pipelines water quality that was received was not good main road outside the society was not good construction issue like wall fall offs and balcony breakage issue is faced but they are working to construct it right now, work is in progress repairing work is still being processed

Good things here
While I have lived here in the past, this place is situated amidst slums. However, upon entering the society, one can find ample greenery and pleasant spots to relax and enjoy a breeze. Unfortunately, the built quality is disappointing, with damaged walls, malfunctioning lifts, and unpleasant odors in the parking area.
Things need improvement
Connectivity to this area is poor, with heavy traffic and badly drained roads causing inconvenience. Additionally, there are numerous areas with unpleasant odors, detracting from the overall experience.

Good things here
Maintenance was at par. There are swimming pools and there is no weak walls. The society is pet friendly as well, they have good gym facility as well.
Things need improvement
There was trouble with the wide road and connectivity. To get cab and auto, you have to wait a little longer than ususal timings. Other than connectivity with respect to the auto cabs and road, there are no different issues.

Good things here
I've been living in Godrej Summit for over a year now, and it's undoubtedly the best society I've found on Dwarka Expressway. The construction quality is exceptional, and stepping into the society brings a sense of pleasure. In summary, it offers luxury living at a reasonable cost.

Good things here
The internal facilites of the society are good like good swimming pool, clubhouse, gym & good play space for children.
Things need improvement
Metro is far away from the society , 8 kms away. Construction quality is pathetic, small front balconies. 1 or 2 case of balconies' collapse also happened. Issues of electric supply & charges of power backup very high.

Good things here
There's not enough play space for children; there's only a small park, and it's poorly maintained. The construction quality is also lacking, with many residents fed up with persistent seepage issues.
Things need improvement
The drainage and sewage system here is in terrible condition during the rainy season. Additionally, there's no nearby transportation, and the water supply is unreliable at times.

The society is well maintained kept very neat and clean the amenities are great has a big play area for kids has a movie hall, the social life in the society is very good all the festive functions are organised by Godrej management team in a very organised and beautiful way over all its a good budgeted society on dwarka experssway
Things need improvement
The connectivity is a bit problem coz metro station is not nearby cabs are avaliale bt having a private vehicle would be good, there is no government supply for water it is supplied through tankers, construction quality is also not that great there are seepage in some parts of the society, main entrace of the society could have been better

Good things here
Connectivity is good, cabs auto available nearby, 24/7 water supply and electricity facilities has been given even tough power back up is there, and no extra cost has been taken. Visitors parking and residence parking has been assigned, maintenance is top-notch, clubhouse, 2 swimming pool, kids play area has been provided.
Things need improvement
Apartment kids play area can be enhanced as size of the kids play area is a bit small.

The construction quality is notably poor, with disturbances such as noise emanating from upper, lower, and adjacent flats. Additionally, the maintenance service is reported to be challenging and burdensome for residents.
