Good things here
I really appreciate the nice, friendly, and humble neighbours in this society. Their welcoming attitude creates a pleasant and supportive living environment. The presence of CCTV cameras and security guards provides a sense of security and peace of mind. The regular garbage collection with wet and dry waste segregation helps in maintaining cleanliness. Having a supermarket nearby is convenient for daily shopping needs. Continuous electricity and water supply ensure a hassle-free living experience. The excellent construction quality ensures there are no seepage or termite issues, with proper ventilation adding to the comfort. Modern amenities such as a gym, clubhouse, and swimming pool are well-maintained and enhance the overall quality of life.
Things need improvement
There are a couple of issues that need attention. There is a recurring issue with Ola and Uber cabs going to the nearby society instead of ours, which can be frustrating. Additionally, there is a network issue that affects connectivity.

Good things here
Maintenance services are very good in this society. Water facilities are excellent, power backups are reliable, and garbage collection is efficient�they collect daily. Amenities like swimming pools, clubhouses, gyms, and kids' play areas are available and well-maintained. Ventilation systems in the houses are also very effective. Maintenance of green areas is prioritized here. Public transportation, like buses, is easily accessible within walking distance. The parking area is spacious, and there's a dedicated visitors' parking facility. Cleanliness in the society is very good. Security measures are robust and ensure a safe environment.
Things need improvement
Connectivity can be unreliable at times; if we book Ola, it may not always be available in this society. The nearest metro station is quite far, about 2 kilometers away from the society.

Good things here
The connectivity is excellent, with easy access to autos, cabs, and metro stations, making it convenient to travel. The maintenance of the buildings is reliable, and any issues are quickly fixed. The construction quality is solid, with no problems like cracks or leaks. The amenities, such as the garden, children's play area, and gym, are well-maintained and enjoyable. Parking is always available for both residents and guests, and there are no issues with stray dogs.
Things need improvement
The lights in front of individual houses are very bright at night and need to be turned off after 10 PM. This makes it hard to sleep. I keep messaging the group but no one cares to switch off the light.

Good things here
The metro station being just 1. 5 km away is super convenient for daily commutes. I'm really happy with all the amenities provided here - they cover everything we need. The best part is the friendly community; the people living here are genuinely nice and welcoming.
Things need improvement
While there's not much to complain about, I think we could use more community events to bring everyone together. It would be great to have more opportunities to socialize with our wonderful neighbors.

In this society, management frequently organizes cultural activities, and all amenities, including supermarkets and stores, are conveniently located within a 500-meter radius, enhancing the residents' convenience.
Things need improvement
In this community, children lack access to facilities such as dance training or yoga classes, highlighting a gap in available amenities for their development and well-being.

Good things here
The good thing about this society is that the residents are friendly with everyone, and they take care of the society's amenities. The society has excellent construction quality; residents have never observed any kind of seepage issues. Additionally, it has good connectivity because schools and hospitals are located nearby. Overall, the society is well-maintained because management promptly responds to all maintenance issues, ensuring no interruptions in the water supply. All major amenities such as the clubhouse, gym, pool, and play area are accessible to all residents.
Things need improvement
The narrowness of the nearby roads poses a significant challenge for the community.

SLV Splendour is an excellent community located close to the bus stop. The apartments are very well planned and the construction quality is great. It is easy to commute via metro from here and avoid traffic jams and delays.

SLV Splendour has excellent amenities like indoor game provision, spaces for outdoor games, gym and a well maintained swimming pool. There is a large party hall as well where we conduct events from time to time.

SLV Splendour is very close to schools, supermarkets and bus stops. Everything we need is available at a walkable distance. The swimming pool is really good and they maintain it very well.

The flats in SLV Splendour are very spacious and follow the Vaastu rules. The security is good, and the water supply is great. The air is quite fresh here due to the greenery all around.
