Hygiene standards are diligently maintained, with regular cleanliness and proper garbage segregation and collection practices in place. Rooms are well-ventilated, and water supply is consistently available, with no issues of water logging within the society. Social life within the society is vibrant, characterized by friendly and cooperative residents who come together to celebrate cultural festivals and events. Electricity issues are uncommon, with reliable power backup systems in place. Parking facilities are available within the society.

The security system is effective, with guards stationed at the entrance around the clock, verifying each person entering the society, and CCTV coverage across all areas. Cleanliness is maintained with daily garbage collection and cleaning activities. Festivals are celebrated within the society, fostering a sense of community, and regular get-togethers contribute to a friendly and helpful atmosphere among�the�residents.

Things need improvement

There is no metro station near the site; it is located far away. The build quality of the society is not satisfactory, with issues like leakage and seepage in the basement and moisture problems in internal flats. The cost of addressing these issues falls on the owner. The basement leakage issue remains unresolved, as it is unclear whether responsibility lies with the builder or the residents' welfare association (RWA). In terms of amenities, the society lacks basic facilities, with only one garden and a small play area provided by the builder. Maintenance charges are high and do not seem justified given the limited amenities and ongoing issues within�the�society.

Connectivity is good around the society, public transports like auto, buses, rikshaws, cabs are easily available outside the society. nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, available around the society. Metro is very near to the society. CCTV cameras are installed. Lifts are available and it functional properly. The society is always kept clean, hygine is properly maitained. Garbage are segregated and collected. Rooms are very well ventilated. Water supply is available at all times. Inside the society there are no such water logging issues that happens The social life is good in the society, People staying in the society are friendly and copperative, cultural festivals and events are celebrated together in the society Electricity issues are not faced, Power backup is available in the society. Parking fecilities are available in the society.

Things need improvement

Only the front road that is exactly connected with the society only that road is not good, otherwise rest of the roads are in good condition. There are seepage or leakage inside the buildings, the construction quality is average. Amenities like gym, park, swimming pool, club house, play area for kids are available in the society but amenities are still not functional.

Cabs are available in connectivity. There is no parking issues, ample of space is available. Market areas, grocery store, schools, restaurants all are nearby the society. Hospitals are nearby. Garbage collections are also done on time. Wet and dry waste are collected seperately. Water supply and electricity is available for 24*7 in the society. Lifts are available and it is maintained properly in the society. CCTV is installed in the society, security system is very good. Security guards are available. Ventilation in rooms are quite good. Amenities like gym, swimmingpool, club house is available in the society. cultural festivals and events are also celebrated together, people are very friendly. There is no issues related to pets.

Things need improvement

Maintenance services are not very good, lifts remains non functional and repairs are not done on time. Security is not upto the mark. Auto, buses are not available easily. There is no metro station available near the society. The constructuion quality is average in the society, issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are faced in the society. Noc letter has to be passed and the amenities will be available to the society in next few months. It's under process.

The rooms were spacious with proper ventilation. Both owners and visitors had allocated parking spaces within the society, which was a notable benefit. The presence of greenery around the society contributed to a pollution-free environment. Hygiene was maintained through daily cleaning and garbage collection. Safety measures were in place, with guards stationed at the entrance verifying each person upon arrival. The supply of water and electricity was continuous and reliable. The people in the society were friendly, cordial, and helpful during�that�time.

There is no temple inside the society, and the playground is insufficient and small. Maintenance charges are high considering the lack of provided facilities. The construction quality is average, with weak plaster and wall quality. Public transport availability at night is limited. Many residents in the society are tenants, leading to fewer communal celebrations of festivals and events together.

Garbage collection was always on time. The lift maintenance was also punctual. Ventilation was good, ensuring proper sunlight and fresh air. People were helpful and friendly. Autos and cabs were available at the society gate.

Things need improvement

There was a significant issue with seepage, with papers coming off the walls. The condition of the roads was not good, with frequent water logging. There were no nearby metros or buses. There were no amenities like a swimming pool, clubhouse, or gym. The maintenance process was very slow.
