Good things here
Good connectivity and the convenient location near major IT hubs, schools, and hospitals. Having easy access to malls, markets, and restaurants makes my daily life much easier. Additionally, the availability of public transport and low traffic further enhances the overall connectivity, which is a big plus for me.
Things need improvement
The noise pollution from a nearby banquet hall, with loud music and crackers, is a major issue that can be quite disruptive. Additionally, the clubhouse and gym facilities in the society are not up to the mark, which is disappointing for tenants looking for such amenities. Furthermore, the high electricity charges for power backup during summers can be a financial burden, requiring tenants to be cautious about expenses.

Despite these challenges, there is potential for development in the gated society over time, although the limited nearby shops and small playground may impact residents' convenience and options.
