Connectivity options such as cabs and autos are readily available if we book through Ola and Uber in the society. Public transportation like buses is also conveniently accessible within a walkable distance of around 200 meters from the society. Maintenance charges are reasonable, around 2000 rupees. The parking area is spacious. Facilities like supermarkets, grocery shops, and fruit shops are available within a walkable distance. The people in the society are very friendly, cooperative, and respectable.
Things need improvement
Amenities like the swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, and club house are not well-maintained in the society. Additionally, there is no designated visitor parking area, forcing visitors to park outside the society on the roads. Security measures need improvement, as some CCTVs are not functioning properly. The quality of painting is subpar and should be improved in the apartments. These concerns should be addressed to enhance the overall quality of living and facilities within the society.
