Good things here
I really enjoy the excellent connectivity here; it's so convenient with buses and cabs readily available. Schools and markets are close by, making daily errands a breeze. The construction quality is top-notch, I haven't encountered any seepage or termite issues, and the ventilation is perfect. The fittings and plastering are well-done, adding to the quality feel. They do a great job with garbage collection, segregating wet and dry waste efficiently. We never face issues with electricity or water supply, which is a huge relief. The gym, clubhouse, and swimming pool are fantastic amenities that are well-maintained, and my neighbors are genuinely friendly. Having reliable elevators, CCTV surveillance, and a security guard adds to the peace of mind.
Things need improvement
I can't think of a single thing that needs improvement in our society. Everything seems to be in its perfect place, and I'm really content living here.

Amenities such as swimming pools, clubhouses, gyms, table tennis, and children's play areas are well-maintained and available for residents. Parking areas are secure and well-managed in this small community of only 92 flats. Roads have recently been improved, enhancing accessibility. Connectivity via local cabs and Uber is convenient for residents booking through Ola and Uber. Water facilities are reliable, and power backups are available. The greenery within the community is extensive, beautifully maintained, and contributes to the serene atmosphere.
Things need improvement
The garbage collection is very poor in the society, as collectors often arrive late to collect waste. Public transportation buses are available but are situated far from the community, typically around 1 kilometer away. There are no metro or nearby bus stations, and visitor or guest parking is also unavailable.

Amenities in the society are very good. Water facilities are very good, and power backups are available. Garbage collection is very good; there are no leaks or seepages in the society. Hospitals are available nearby, making it very convenient. Public transportation spots are available within a 600-meter radius, with accessible walking distances. Maintenance care is reasonable. Greenery in the society is very good. Facilities like recreational areas and vegetable gardens are available, making it very convenient for residents.
Things need improvement
Construction quality is poor, and there are still some ongoing construction issues like the presence of scaffolding in some places. Amenities like swimming pools, clubhouse, gym, and recreational areas are inconvenient.

Maintenance was generally reliable, although there were some initial issues like the fan not working when we moved in, which seemed to be a common problem initially

Good things here
Well-connected, with the availability of autos , cabs and public transportation. The people in the society are quite friendly and they gather together to celebrate all the festivals. No problems with the building, such as seepage, leaks, or cracks. Enough electricity, clean water, and efficient garbage collection are provided. Excellent parking and security.
Things need improvement
As a resident , according to me there is no scope for any improvement into any aspect of the society. Everything in the society is well maintained and functional . There are no major issues in the society.
