The society has excellent connectivity with the railway station, located just one kilometer away, and bus services and local transport facilities are easily accessible nearby. The quality of roads outside the society is well developed and maintained. There are multiple schools and hospitals in close proximity, enhancing the society's connectivity. The build quality is great, with no problems regarding leakages or seepages, and the fittings and walls provided by the builder are of good quality. All amenities such as swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, and park are available and well maintained by the maintenance team. There is 24/7 water and energy supply in the society, and owners have allocated parking spaces that are also well maintained. Garbage collection is done daily, with wet and dry garbage segregated within the society. The society celebrates all festivals, cultural events, and programs, fostering a strong sense of community among the residents. Overall, there is excellent social interaction and camaraderie among the people living�in�the�society.
There is no metro station near the society. The society does not have solar panels, but it does have a generator that provides power for common areas like lifts and common lights. During summers, there is a problem with water supply in the society. Additionally, there is no allocated visitor parking available in the society, so guests must park outside�the�premises.

Living in this society has many advantages that make it a great place to call home. We're fortunate to have public transportation nearby, and the roads and streetlights are well-maintained, ensuring easy access and safety, especially at night. The allocated parking spaces and adherence to parking rules provide a sense of order and convenience for residents. The construction quality of our homes is excellent, offering peace of mind and durability. Although painting may not always be done on time, the overall construction quality is commendable, ensuring longevity and stability. With 24/7 electricity and water supply, proper ventilation, and ample sunlight, our living spaces are comfortable and inviting. It's reassuring that there are no structural issues like seepage, leakage, or termite problems, and all modern amenities are available and well-maintained for our convenience. The continuous operation of CCTV cameras adds to the security of the community, and the friendly atmosphere among residents fosters a sense of belonging.
However, there are a couple of areas that could be improved. The elevators, while installed, are notably slow, which can be frustrating for residents, especially those on higher floors or with mobility issues. Additionally, the inconsistency in painting schedules may detract from the overall appearance of the buildings and common areas.

The flats had excellent ventilation, and I didn't encounter any leakage or seepage issues in mine. Security measures were robust, lifts well-maintained, and parking ample. Festivals were joyfully celebrated, and the residents were friendly. All modern amenities were in place and well-cared for. Water was consistently available, and the society maintained cleanliness standards. Auto-rickshaws were conveniently accessible nearby.
The local railway station wasn't conveniently close; one needed to take an auto to reach it. Additionally, some flats experienced issues with leakage.

Connectivity is the plus point of the society, local railway station is near by, autos are accessible. market place is near by the society. water supply is 24*7 available. cleanliness and hygiene are maintained. shopping malls and restaurants are nearby. buildings are new only 6ys old. security is proper. gym swimming pool, play area, steam bath is also present. people are cooperative and decent. visitors have visitors parking.
Local transport buses are not here. top floor residents need to face leakage and seepage issues sometimes. there is no proper dedicated walking track available inside the society to walk. amenities are there in the society but, are not enough for the people as there are nearly 250 flats and for them amenities are limited. there is no proper pure water supply is available for drinking water, residents need to bring bisleri water from outside.

This is one of the prime property in the locality ,Maintanance is very good as the society is kept very clean and well maintained, the construction quality of the society is also very good as the society still looks new and all the amneties all present is in the society like gym , basketball court, swimingpool, badminton court. High rated school ,college.hospital and markets are within a distance of 4 to 5 km
There is no metro station near the society, a railway station is near to the society which is about 4 to 5 km away and the highway is about 1 km away

This is truly an excellent place to live with all modern amenities. There is parking available. Near the train station and the highway. All necessary shops are placed beneath the structure. Overall, a pleasant spot to stay with your family.

This is truly a good residential society in Kamothe. The housing complex has ample amount of parking area for the residents, and for visitors if they have permission. There is a garden available within the complex that is open for all residents. The society celebrates all major holidays and events.

The best residence in Kamothe. The members of the society are kind and easy to get along with. The society has solar systems installed . The highway and railway station are both easily accessible. The houses are of good size, and the materials utilised are of high quality. The view of Kamothe from the upper levels is stunning. It is a better site because there are many shops and restaurants nearby, as well as schools and hospitals.
