Good things here
The residents are supportive, often coming together to celebrate various festivals. Conveniently located amenities such as supermarkets, grocery stores, and medical shops are within easy reach, with a bus stop just around 1 km away. The roads are well-maintained, illuminated by street lights for safety. The society offers a plethora of amenities including a swimming pool, gym, clubhouse, table tennis, basketball court, yoga room, walking track, and children's play area. Maintenance standards are commendable, with regular cleaning and daily garbage collection. There are no reported issues with water and power supply, and lift maintenance is efficiently managed. Construction quality ensures there are no leakage issues within the premises.
Things need improvement
Residents express discontent over the exorbitant maintenance charges in their society, which impose significant financial strain and dissatisfaction among homeowners.

Good things here
Connectivity like cabs and autos are easily available in the society if we book Ola and Uber. Water facility is very good, available 24/7 in the society. Power backup is also available in the society. Garbage collection is very good; they will collect wet and dry waste separately in the society. Parking area is very spacious in the society. The greenery of the city is very conspicuous and beautiful. Amenities like swimming pools, clubhouses, gyms, table tennis, football courts, and kids' play areas are available and well-maintained in the society. Public transportation like buses is available within 2 kilometers from the society.
Things need improvement
Construction quality is very poor in the city; there are some seepages and leakages in the walls in the society. Maintenance charges are expensive in the society, around 4 rupees per square feet.

The community is very good. Cabs and autos are easily available near the society. Water facility is excellent, available 24/7 in the society. Power backup is also available in the society. Amenities like the swimming pool, clubhouse, and gym are well-maintained in the society. Garbage collection is also good in the society, done daily. Ventilation in the flats is very good. The parking area is also very spacious for parking vehicles. People are very good and well-educated in the society. We celebrate every festival in the society like a family.
Things need improvement
The maintenance of the lift is not good; it is frequently in need of repairs. When it does require repairs, it takes around 2 days, which is inconvenient. The charges are expensive in the society. The construction quality is not good; there are some seepages in bedrooms and bathrooms.

The construction quality in the society is not good, and there are some seepage issues in the bathrooms. The greenery in the society is not very good. There are traffic issues near the society because of the main road in front of it.
