Good things here
The society enjoys good connectivity, with auto-rickshaws and cabs easily accessible within walking distance. Maintenance is conducted regularly and efficiently, including timely painting and garbage collection services. The spacious and well-ventilated rooms contribute to a comfortable living environment. Residents benefit from reliable electricity supply and power backup facilities. Water logging issues are non-existent within the society, ensuring hassle-free living, and open spaces with a designated play area for kids add to the options. The installation of CCTV cameras enhances security measures, complemented by well-maintained lifts for residents' convenience. The community spirit thrives with friendly and cooperative residents, who come together to celebrate cultural festivals and events, fostering a vibrant atmosphere within the society.
Things need improvement
While seepage and leakage issues are not observed in the flats, the construction quality of the buildings leaves room for improvement. the presence of stray dogs poses a significant concern, especially when they pose a threat to the safety of children by biting them. Addressing these issues promptly is crucial to ensuring the well-being and security of the residents within the society.

Good things here
The metro, cabs, autos, and train station are all easily accessible from this fantastic location. There is an abundance of sunlight and ventilation in the buildings. The community is friendly, and they come together to celebrate holidays. Regular cleaning and garbage collection are part of the well-managed maintenance. Among the amenities are a garden, clubhouse, gym, swimming pool, and park.
Things need improvement
The presence of basic amenities in the housing society, such as a park, swimming pool, fitness center, kids playground, garden, and clubs, contributes to the pleasant and healthy atmosphere of the community.

Good things here
Shagun hospital was nearby. auto and buses were easily accessible. market was nearby. water supply was 24*7. all modern amenities are there and well maintained.
Things need improvement
Major issue was our landlord because of whom i left the society. he was not cooperative. he has not refunded my deposit amount. I asked him for refund he said you are leaving in the middle of month so no refund.

Good things here
This society has been a wonderful experience for me. We have schools, hospitals, and markets nearby, which makes daily life incredibly convenient. The connectivity is great, with public transport options like buses, autos, and cabs readily available. The roads are well-maintained, making travel smooth. Regular garbage collection with proper segregation of wet and dry waste helps keep the surroundings clean. Elevators are installed and well-maintained, and we have the benefit of regular electricity and water supply, ensuring no disruptions in daily life. The construction quality is excellent, with proper ventilation and good plaster and fittings. The society offers modern amenities like a gym and clubhouse, which are well-maintained. Our neighbors are very friendly, and we have been living here for a long time, celebrating each festival together, which creates a warm community spirit. Security is top-notch with CCTV cameras and security guards, making us feel safe and secure. The designated parking for each resident is another plus, ensuring that parking is never a hassle.
Things need improvement
A minor seepage issue was their but was got fixed later, apart from that i don't see any drawbacks of this society, they keep all the things well and maintained.
