Good things here
We live in a self-sufficient society where people are friendly and helpful, like family members. We celebrate many festivals together. Within the community, we have a supermarket, and within 1 km, there are schools, hospitals, bus stops, and shopping malls. The roads are in good condition, and there is ample parking space. Amenities include a swimming pool, gym, children�s play area, table tennis, basketball court, clubhouse, walking track, and community hall. Maintenance is excellent, with regular cleaning and proper garbage collection. We have 24/7 water and power supply, well-functioning lifts, and no construction issues like leakages.
Things need improvement
The society faces pollution issues such as air and noise pollution from nearby traffic, occasional water contamination, and improper waste disposal, which impact residents' health and the environment's quality.

The society's location on a main road makes auto, Ola, and Uber readily accessible, with future metro connectivity. The construction quality is good, though ongoing construction may lead to minor issues like seepage and cracks. Amenities like a kids' park, play area, and swimming pool (under construction) cater to family needs. CCTV and security services provide added safety.

The ongoing construction might cause inconvenience with seepage and cracks in some flats. Lack of completed amenities like a gym and clubhouse could be disappointing for residents looking for more recreational options. Delay in painting due to ongoing construction could affect the aesthetic appeal.
