Good things here
There are a total of 46 flats in this society, each well-designed with good privacy, as there are no common walls between them. The ventilation within the society is excellent. Connectivity to various places is outstanding, with easy access to KR Puram and Whitefield, both within a 5km radius. Shantiniketan is approximately 3km away. Additionally, there are 7 to 8 schools located within a 2km radius, and the nearest metro station is just 5 minutes away. The maintenance of the society is top-notch, garbage disposal is timely, and there are 24/7 power backups. The surroundings are well-kept and clean. Although there were some initial construction issues, the builder promptly addressed all complaints, ensuring good construction quality. The society has various amenities, including a clubhouse, swimming pool, gym, and kids' play area.
Things need improvement
The management initially decided to install solar panels but later withdrew from the solar installation, which is not ideal. Furthermore, the public transportation options are quite distant from the community.

Good construction quality here. The apartments are spacious with adequate carpet area and proper ventilation. The gym, clubhouse, and swimming pool are well-maintained. Each resident has designated parking, and the rules are followed, ensuring an organized environment. Regular electricity and water supply add to the convenience. The neighbours are very nice and cooperative, always ready to help. Elevators are installed and maintained, and there are CCTV cameras and security guards for added safety.
Things need improvement
Garbage collection is a major issue. It's not done properly inside the building or outside where they dump it. Waiting for Ola and Uber can take at least an hour, and there�s no bus or other public transport available. Additionally, street lights are needed for better safety and visibility.

Location is a huge advantage. There are schools, colleges within walking distance. Connectivity via metro and rod is seamless. This is a open spaced socitety with less than 60 apartments with each block has only 4 floors. The amenities are functional and well maintained.
Things need improvement
The swimming pool is not operational. Less number of amenities

The connectivity is good with Dommasandra bus stand at walkign distance. The society have decent people living here. We celebrate festivals together.

Stray dogs and animals is a challenge here. Doesn't feel safe during nights. The parking space is on ground floor with 1parking per.

The amenities provided, including a swimming pool, gym, indoor games area, and party hall, are well-maintained. The construction of the society is well-designed, with excellent ventilation provided through the balconies. The surroundings of the society are always kept tidy and well-maintained. The residents are always helpful and friendly with everyone.

There is ongoing construction near the society, and the dust is heavy. Additionally, the environment is polluted.
