Good things here
Maintenance quality of the society is satisfactory with regular garbage removal and cleanliness. All possible issues related to basic needs are resolved immediately. The construction quality is also fine with no seepage and leakage issues. Fire exit is provided. Amenities like gym swimming pool and clubhouse are available in the society. The parking lot is provided and is very spacious. Neighborhood is friendly and cooperative in nature.
Things need improvement
The public transport options are a little far, thus it becomes a little inconvenient in terms of connectivity. The road quality is average. The maintenance charges are very high. Amenities provided are not up to the mark.

Good things here
Living here is fantastic! Ola and Uber are readily available, the maintenance is excellent, and we have great amenities like a gym, pool, and clubhouse. The people are friendly and welcoming
Things need improvement
Living here has its challenges. Sometimes there are issues with leakage, and the main road is quite far, which can be inconvenient. Additionally, there are occasional water supply problems.

The construction quality of the homes is a concern, as some residents find the design and durability lacking. Many residents also express dissatisfaction with the layout of the homes, which can lead to inefficiencies and discomfort in daily living. issues such as water quality and insufficient parking facilities have been highlighted as areas needing improvement. Addressing these concerns would significantly enhance resident satisfaction and improve the overall living experience in the society.

Good things here
The connectivity of the society is very good, public transports like auto, cabs are easily available outside the society. Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, restaurants are available outside the society. The society is maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. Drinking water is available 24*7 in the society. Water supply is very good. Garbage collection is done on time everyday. No such major electricity issues is faced. Other facilities like gym, swimmingpool, club house, parks, play area for kids are available in the society. People are friendly and cooperative, cultural events and festivals are celebrated together in the society. Parking space is available. Visitor's parking is available. Street dog issues are not faced. Security system is good, CCTV is available. Security guards are available. Security apps are available.
Things need improvement
The constructuion quality is not good, issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues were faced in the society. Power backup was available on for common area.

Good things here
The society culture of this society was very good. It felt very good when all members of the society celebrated the festivals together; people were literally very good. Gyms, swimming pools, and gardens were all provided and well maintained. There were no issues regarding water supply, electrical supply, etc. There were no issues regarding seepage, cracks, etc. Security facilities were also okay, and CCTVs were there. Autos and cabs were easily accessible, and parking space was also sufficient. Ventilation was good too. Garbage collection facilities were also provided by the society. I enjoyed my time staying in this soc.
Things need improvement
Being a swimming enthusiast, The only issue i faced was about the cleanliness of swimming pool. Swimming pool's water was not cleaned daily ; apart from this, everything was good there and well maintained.

The location is convenient, and the surrounding area offers plenty of amenities and services that enhance daily life. Also thr ventilation is good .

Living here has been quite frustrating. The maintenance is poor, with common areas often unclean and in disrepair. Additionally, the connectivity is subpar, making commuting and running errands inconvenient.

Good things here
Water and electricity were available in the society 24/7 there were no issues with that. The location was also good. There were no issues with sewage or drainage. The residents have access to convenient transportation options such as buses, auto-rickshaws, and taxis, making it easy to access essential services and nearby facilities. The spacious park adds to the attractiveness of the society providing a pleasant area for children to play and promoting a strong sense of community among the residents. CCTVs and elevators are working properly. The people of the society were also cooperative
Things need improvement
There were the issue of connectivity. Connectivity was the major issue. There were jo markets and grocery shops nearby the society. And public transport were also not available easily.

Maintenance services are commendable, as they ensure clean and sanitary surroundings, effective rubbish collection, and regular facility maintenance. The structure receives ample sunlight and ventilation. The housing society provides exceptional amenities that improve the quality of life, such as a well-kept garden, a large children's play area, a refreshing swimming pool, a fully equipped gym, active clubs, dependable security, and a calm green room. The neighbors are helpful.
Things need improvement
Access to critical services such as the metro, train stations, and regular bus routes is limited. Residents who require frequent access may be inconvenienced by the 1. 5-kilometer distance to the major road.

Good things here
Features include a wonderful garden, a kids play area, a swimming pool, a gym, and clubs. There are lots of possibilities for leisure and entertainment at these sites. Living in the neighborhood is enjoyable because of the lovely people there. The apartments have good ventilation and a plenty of natural light, which contributes to the comfortable living environment. In addition, the society maintains cleanliness and hygiene thanks to a good waste collection system and routine cleaning.
Things need improvement
The location is isolated, making it challenging to commute by car, metro, taxi, or bus. Only Big Basket distributes goods, which can be troublesome for everyday necessities as there are no other stores in the area. The society managers don't pay attention to the complaints of the residents. There are poor building quality problems, such as leaks, and there is annoying construction noise close by. Guests may find it inconvenient to have to park their cars outside the society.

The people in our society are friendly and helpful. We're lucky to have a metro station nearby, making transportation easy. The parking area is spacious, so residents with vehicles don't have trouble finding a spot. Essential places like grocery shops, schools, colleges, and hospitals are close by, making life convenient. The network connection is strong, so no one faces any issues with phone or internet signals. We also come together to celebrate cultural events like Diwali, Holi, and Eid, fostering a sense of community.
Things need improvement
The main issue in our society was the lack of transportation options. Many people who commute to work daily had trouble finding buses or autos. Sometimes, when it rained a lot, there were problems with waterlogging, which led to mosquitoes, not good for the kids.
