Cultural events like Holi and Diwali are celebrated in the society. Parking areas are allotted. The monthly maintenance fee is _1675. Waterlogging is never an issue, and the network connectivity is good here. Cleaning and hygiene are well-maintained. The lifts and CCTV cameras are also properly maintained. Security does a good job. Ventilation is adequate, and there are no issues like seepage. Public transport like autos and rickshaws are easily accessible. The society is close to the highway. Near our society, there are grocery stores, markets, and local shops available.
However, amenities like a gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, play area, and garden are not available in the society. Otherwise, everything else is running smoothly and well.

The maintenance services of the society are excellent, and the society is well-maintained. The committee has done a commendable job, and cleanliness and security are well-maintained. There is a large market near our society, and it is well-connected to the highway, making connectivity excellent. There is a large school nearby, as well as ATMs, medical facilities, malls, and other amenities. Connectivity is also good for women who work because there is a metro station nearby, making commuting convenient�for�them.
The builder did not install good quality lifts as there are problems with the lift almost every day. The switchboards in the rooms are also of poor quality and tend to break easily. This is a simple society without amenities such as a gym, swimming pool, or clubhouse. The parking provided by the builder was insufficient, so not all residents were allotted parking spaces. Only those who were allotted parking have parking spaces; others do not have any. There is inadequate parking available based on the number of flats in the society.
