Garbage collection is efficiently managed, with separate collection of wet and dry waste. Parking areas within the society are spacious, alleviating any parking concerns. Essential facilities such as groceries and supermarkets are conveniently located within a 100-meter radius from the society. The greenery within the society adds to its charm, creating a pleasant environment. Additionally, multi-specialty hospitals are situated within a 2-kilometer radius from the society, ensuring accessibility during emergencies.
Things need improvement
It's concerning to hear about the high maintenance charges in the society, especially at around 4000 rupees for a 2 BHK flat. Additionally, the absence of amenities such as a swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, and badminton court is disappointing for residents. The fact that the swimming pool has been under construction for the past four years is also a cause for frustration. These issues may impact the overall satisfaction and quality of life for residents in the society.

The construction quality, particularly during the rainy season when seepage problems occur in the basement. Additionally, the absence of a clubhouse in the society is noted, but it's positive to hear that the management is planning to build one this year.

Good things here
Cabs and autos are easily available in the society. The water facility is very good in the society. Hospitals are nearby for emergencies, and the locality of the society is very good. There are some small lakes nearby, which is very good. Ventilation of the society is very good, with many windows inside. Garbage collection is very good in the society. Power backup is available in the society. Only January 26th and August 15th are celebrated in the society, and no other festivals are celebrated.
Things need improvement
The swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, and kids' play area are currently under construction. The construction quality is not good, and there are some seepage issues in the bathrooms, which is inconvenient.

Garbage collection is done very well in the society, daily at particular times. Facilities like petrol bunk, markets, and fruit shops are available in the society. Water facility is very good in the society, and power backup is also reliable.

Public transportation is not good in the society. Maintenance charges are very expensive in the society. There is pollution around the city, and cleaning is also not good.
