Good things here
Public transportation is available within 500 meters from the society, and cabs and autos are easily available within walking distance. If we book Ola or Uber, it's also available in the society. Maintenance charges are reasonable, around 3500 rupees. Cleaning is very good; they're very clean and disciplined. Waste is disposed of twice in the society. Water facility is very good, available 24/7 in the society. Power backup is also available. Amenities like swimming pool, gym, and kids' play area are available and well-maintained.
Things need improvement
Metro stations are far, around 6-7 kilometers away from the society, which is very inconvenient. Construction quality is not good; there are leakages in bathrooms and bedroom walls in some flats, which is very inconvenient.

Maintenance in the city is excellent, with water facilities being top-notch and available to all apartments. Connectivity, including cabs and auto-rickshaws, is easily accessible within walking distance, and booking Ola ensures availability. Power backup is also provided for common areas. Parking areas are spacious. Amenities such as a swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, football court, and kids' play areas are available and well-maintained throughout the city.
Things need improvement
Visitor parking not being available in the society is inconvenient. Additionally, traffic issues near the society also cause inconvenience. Cleaning should be improved within the society.

Every amenity is very good in the society like cleanliness and security. Amenities like swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, and kids' play area are available and well-maintained in the society. People are very friendly and respectable in the society. Parking areas are very spacious in the city. There is also provision for visitor parking in the society.
Things need improvement
Maintenance charges are expensive, around 5000 rupees in the society. There is no metro station near the society. Power backup is not maintaining well in the society.

Power backup is also available 24/7.

Water issue in the society, like the water coming intermittently, is very inconvenient. Maintenance charges are expensive; for three months, we are paying Rs. 10,000. Public transportation like buses is available around 4-5 kilometers away from the society. There are no metro stations available nearby. There is no visitor parking area in the society; visitors have to park outside the society.

Well-maintained amenities include a swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, football court, and kids' play area. Animals are also present, contributing to the environment. The modern infrastructure features new buildings without leakage issues, and parking is ample with designated visitor areas. A hospital within 1 kilometer is convenient for emergencies, and there is a school within the society, with an international school located about 1 kilometer away.
Things need improvement
There's no metro station nearby, which limits our transportation options. Hospitals are quite far, about 3-4 kilometers away, making it inconvenient during emergencies. The maintenance of lifts is also poor, affecting accessibility.

The construction quality is unsatisfactory, with issues such as seepage and leakage causing inconvenience to residents. Moreover, the society faces significant pollution due to its proximity to the main road.

The atmosphere of the city is very pleasant, with plenty of greenery surrounding the society. Taxis and autos are readily available, and if we book, local transportation is also accessible within the main roads. Water facilities are excellent, available 24/7 within the society. Power backup is also reliable in the society. Garbage collection is commendable; they separate wet and dry waste efficiently. Ventilation in the buildings is well-maintained. The maintenance of lifts is good, and if there are any repairs needed, they are promptly addressed by the society's management.
Things need improvement
Amenities like the swimming pool are currently unavailable due to water scarcity, and the gym is not well-equipped. Additionally, the construction quality within the society, such as leakage in walls and some bathroom seepage issues, is not up to standard.
