Good things here
Water and electricity are reliable. Power backups are available. Garbage collection is very good in this society. People are very friendly and associates are supportive. Public transportation, like buses, is easily accessible from this society. The new buildings are well-maintained, reflecting their quality. Construction quality is very good because these are new buildings, so there are no issues. Amenities like gyms, clubs, and kids' play areas are available and well-maintained. Security is very good, making it convenient and safe. Management is responsive and efficient.
Things need improvement
Cleaning of the society is not very good. There is some bad smell, like from drainage, that gets into the bathrooms, which is very inconvenient. There is no swimming pool in the society.

People are friendly and interact well with each other. Connectivity is excellent, with hospitals, schools, a petrol bunk, bus stops, and a supermarket all within 2 km. The road conditions are good, and the street lights are working. There is ample parking space. Maintenance is thorough, with proper cleaning and timely garbage collection. There are no issues with water, power, and the lift is well-functioning.
Things need improvement
There are leakage issues on the walls in the society, which require attention for repairs to maintain structural integrity and ensure a comfortable living environment for residents.

Society is situated in hotspot area which makes the connectivity of society quite good with availability of cabs , autos and public transport nearby. Good water , electricity supply and proper garbage collection. No issues like leakage , seepage or cracks in the building . Good security and parking facilities.
Things need improvement
There are no amenities like swimming pool, gym , clubhouse or park in the society. No festivals celebration in the society as i lived for a short time there , i didn't interact much with neighbour.

Good things here
The society's neighbours are really cordial and helpful. The structure is quite sturdy, and there are no termite issues in the community. Nowhere are there seepage or leakage problems. The structure is also devoid of any fissures. The guards are never off duty.
Things need improvement
The community's convenience and general quality of life are impacted by this lack of amenities. Essential facilities including a clubhouse, gym, pool, garden, and parks are absent from the community.

Residents enjoy ample walking space with abundant fresh air and sunlight. The community celebrates festivals uniquely like Dusshera, Ugadhi, Diwali, and Holi. Construction quality is excellent, devoid of any leakage issues. Amenities such as swimming pool, gym, and children's play area function well. Access to essentials within a 2 km radius is convenient like Bus cabs shopping malls school hospitals malls
Things need improvement
Garbage accumulation on the streets and stray dog issues persist in the society, posing challenges to cleanliness and safety for residents.

Centrally located on the main road, connectivity is excellent, with all amenities within a 5-minute radius, including buses, cabs, shopping malls, schools, hospitals, and clinics. The roads are broad and well-maintained, with regular cleaning and housekeeping services. Lift AMC ensures smooth functioning, and the outstanding construction quality is complemented by amenities such as a gym, swimming pool, children's play area, and walking track. The residents, including many educated professionals such as doctors, lawyers, and political leaders, contribute to the vibrant community atmosphere.
Things need improvement
Traffic issues persist in the area, causing congestion and delays during peak hours. Residents often face challenges while commuting due to heavy traffic flow. Despite efforts to alleviate the problem, the situation remains a concern for residents navigating through the neighborhood's thoroughfares.
