Good things here
Transporation facilities available near by the society and there are railway station and bus stand near by the society.Quality of the construction is good as there are no issues regarding leakage and seepage in the society.High security system in the society ,all the areas are under cctv survilance.Amenities are big plus in this society as there are swimmimg pool,club house,gym,kids play area etc and eveything is well maintained.all the festivals were celebrated overall good socialism.
Things need improvement
As such there are no issues regarding anything in the society but water supply shortage was there in the society.

Good things here
The society boasts 24/7 water and electricity supply, ensuring residents' convenience. Excellent connectivity is provided with easy access to autos and cabs nearby. All modern amenities are available and fully functional, with no extra charges for tenants to utilize them. Additionally, there's a robust security system in place, and regular cleaning and maintenance activities contribute to the overall cleanliness and upkeep of the society.
Things need improvement
The build quality of the apartment is subpar, as evidenced by the current issues of leakage and seepage. These issues are highly inconvenient for the residents and need to be addressed promptly.

Good things here
There are all the modern amenities like ,swimming pool,kids play area,walk in area and club house etc in the society. Railway station and bus stop area near by the society. Build quality was top notch as there were no issues regarding cracks ,seepage and leakage Crowd of the people were really good and helpful and there were no extra rules and regulations for tenants.
Things need improvement
Lift of the society were not maintained well personally once i had bad experience that i got stuck inside the elevator for twice and the security gaurd helped me out when i press the emergency alarm.

Good things here
This society is milestone if you are staying in kharghar area like everything is available nearby the society though it is regarding transport or mall and restaurants. All the modern amenities are there like swimmg pool,club house,gym garden area,tona bath all of this is functional and well maintained. Spacious parking area is there in the society. All the festivals are celebrated on grand level in that society. Managing commitee is so prompt in the society.
Things need improvement
Power back up connection has been given to common areas only but if you want to avail this facility you get it by paying extra. Construction of the apartment is now 13 years old so there are some issues regarding it.

Good things here
Local railway station and metro is near by the society. Auto and cabs are easily available near by the society. Society is neat clean and well maintained. There are all the amenities like swimmimg pool,club house,gym,kids play area etc and all of this facilities are really well maintained. Overall it is good experience to live in this society.
Things need improvement
Quality is construction is poor as there are seepage issues in all over the units of apartment. There is water shortage in the society which the major drawaback of the society.

Society ki amenities bohot acchese maintained thi jaise swimming pool itna acche se rakhte the ke hamesha vaha ka pani blue hi dikhta tha. society me power backup flats ke liye bhi hai naki sirf common area ke liye. humare society ke jo committee member the vo bohot acche se society ka dhyan rakhte the. sare celebrations sab milke hote the. society highway connected hai. D'mart to society ke pass me hi hai . bus autos kafi near by the.
Things need improvement
Society me pani ka bohot issue tha hume 4 -5 din kabhi kabhi pani nhi milta tha, to water bottles khridni padati thi. leakage ka thoda bohot issue hota raheta tha.

Transportation facilities were easy to approach nea rby the society. Build quality was good as there were no issues regarding seepage. All the modern amenities were available in the society and fully functional. Good security system and society was neat,clean and well maintained.
Things need improvement
There was no as such issues in the apartment but the atmosphere outside the apartment is really bad and disturbing as the society is connected to highway there is lots of noice pollution,dust,traffic issues around the society.
