Maintenance of the society is top-notch, thanks to a dedicated housekeeping staff committed to cleanliness and upkeep. Additionally, the society boasts robust power backup systems, including generator facilities, ensuring uninterrupted electricity supply. Residents also have access to a range of amenities such as a gym, party hall, play areas, swimming pool, and ample parking options, further enhancing the quality of life within the community.
The society currently relies on borewell water as there is no supply of Kaveri water. However, even the borewell water becomes scarce during the summer months, posing a challenge to residents.

Connectivity, like cabs and autos, is easily available in the society if we book Ola and Uber. Autos are also available outside of the society, which is very convenient. Public transportation like buses are available within 1 km from the society, making it very convenient. Hospitals are available within 1. 5 km from the society for emergencies. Security is very good; there are many CCTVs in every block, making the society very secure.
Maintenance charges are expensive in the society. There are no festival celebrations in the society. Construction quality is poor; there are some leakages in walls inside the society, making it very inconvenient. Maintenance charges are expensive in the society. Road quality is not good inside the society; there are some potholes in the roads.

The construction quality is excellent, offering ample open spaces and balconies that provide plenty of air and sunlight, ensuring excellent ventilation in all rooms. The rooms are spacious and well-designed. Location-wise, it's convenient, with a bus stop, supermarkets, grocery stores, and ATMs all within 1 km. The roads are in good condition, and the street lights are functional. There are ample parking spaces available
Maintenance is lacking, and there are issues with the lifts. Furthermore, the amenities are not operational.

The society's maintenance services excel with efficient garbage collection and cleaning, all covered by reasonable monthly charges of around 4. 5k, inclusive of water charges. The residents enjoy access to various amenities within the society, including a gym, community hall, walking tracks, and swimming pool.
Residents must pay additional charges for water due to the water shortage issue. Moreover, the security guards are not fulfilling their duties adequately, prompting the association to consider changing the security agency.
