The society benefits from excellent connectivity, with public transport options like autos and cabs easily accessible within walking distance. Convenient amenities such as local shops, supermarkets, grocery stores, schools, and restaurants are conveniently located just outside the society. The presence of CCTV cameras and a well-maintained security system within the premises enhances safety and security for residents. Security guards are on hand to further ensure the safety of residents. The availability and proper maintenance of lifts within the society contribute to residents' convenience and accessibility. The construction quality of the society is generally good, with minimal issues like seepage, leakage, and plaster problems. Residents do not face major electricity issues within the society. Waterlogging problems are non-existent both inside and outside the society. Residents enjoy additional facilities and amenities such as a gym, park, clubhouse, and play area for kids. The friendly and cooperative nature of the residents fosters a sense of community, with cultural festivals and events celebrated together.
The society is always not maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly not maintained. Water supply issues are faced in the society, water is always not available as we recieve tanker water. There is no swimming pool available in the society and maintenance of other amenities are not upto the mark.

I appreciate the convenience of having various public transportation options like autos, buses, rickshaws, and cabs readily available just outside our society. It really makes getting around hassle-free. The society itself is well-maintained and clean, which is great for maintaining hygiene standards. Regular garbage collection and pest control add to the overall cleanliness. Having uninterrupted water supply and electricity 24/7 is definitely a plus. I feel secure knowing that there's a good security system in place, including CCTV cameras and security guards. It's nice to have amenities like a gym and clubhouse available, and it's even better that they're well-maintained and functional. I love how everyone comes together to celebrate cultural festivals and events, creating a friendly and inclusive atmosphere in the community.
It's disappointing to note the issues with plaster quality and the presence of seepage and leakage problems in the flats, indicating subpar construction quality in the buildings. Additionally, the absence of a swimming pool is a missed opportunity for residents seeking leisure amenities. The frequent non-functionality of lifts due to maintenance delays adds to the inconvenience experienced by residents.

I really enjoy living in this society. The security is very good, and there are no issues with parking or CCTV. Connectivity is excellent; we get Ola, Uber, autos, and cabs easily. Maintenance is top-notch, and the construction quality is great too. The neighbourhood is wonderful, and we celebrate festivals like Diwali, Holi, Republic Day, and Independence Day together.
There are a few problems in the society. The biggest issue is the leakage problem, which needs to be resolved. Also, there is no swimming pool, which is disappointing because it would be a nice addition to the amenities. The neighbourhood is good but there is no interaction as such as everyone is busy, but in festivals Diwali, Holi, Republic Day, and Independence Day we all gather together and not in day to day life

All festivals like Holi and Diwali are celebrated very enthusiastically. The construction quality is good, and there's excellent ventilation, so we don't face any issues. We have a playground, garden, and gym in our society. There's plenty of greenery around. We have both basement and uncovered parking available. Cleaning is impeccable, and maintenance of facilities like lifts, CCTV, and security is very well-managed. Our neighbors are friendly and helpful.
However, there are no grocery stores or local markets within walking distance. Public transport like rickshaws is also not available nearby. Unfortunately, our society does not have a swimming pool or clubhouse. Otherwise, everything inside the society is very good. Overall, everything is running smoothly and well.

The flats are sea-facing. Maintenance charges are low. The roads nearby the society are in good condition, and there is no traffic issue. There is an adequate supply of water. Garbage collection occurs daily, keeping the society clean. There are no issues of leakage or seepage in the flats. Ventilation is good, and there is ample sunlight. The society has a gym and garden. The residents are cooperative. Festivals are celebrated well in the society. Autos and buses are readily available from the society.
The society does not have a swimming pool or a play area. There are external cracks in the buildings. The metro station is 1. 5 km away, not within walking distance.

Autos are easily available near the society. The roads outside are in good condition. We have 24/7 water supply, and garbage collection is done daily, keeping the society clean. There are no issues of leakage or seepage in my flat. The gym, play area, and garden are well-maintained. Residents are friendly, and we celebrate festivals together in the society. There is ample parking space, and security is good.
The metro and local railway station are not nearby; we have to take an auto to reach them. There is no swimming pool in the society. The lifts are not well-maintained. The maintenance charges are high.

Building has two levels of podium parking , Good Security Service , Nearer to Shopping stalls, Peace and Clean Area, Well organised Garden. Nice place to live though at the end of kandivali flats are breezy during the rainy season and people are trustworthy in society there is a huge parking lot with high security and grocery shops.
