I think the way the society is built and structured is excellent, with parks, walking areas, and parking well-covered. The water, electricity, and other amenities are also well-managed, which I appreciate. However, my only concern is the slight mosquito problem in the evening. Overall, I find everything about this society or area to be up to the mark or even better than expected, except for this one issue.
Apart from a few mosquitoes in the evening, everything about the area is even better than expected.

The society is well-managed, with all functions celebrated properly. Each wing has its own personal watchmen for added security. There's ample space for children to play, and the society boasts a spacious parking area.
Connectivity is limited, requiring residents to have their own vehicles for travel. The distance to the railway station from the society is approximately 3 km. Unfortunately, there's no swimming pool, and the society lacks municipal water facilities.

Our society is under 24/7 surveillance, with a watchman stationed at the gate day and night. Outsiders are not allowed into the premises without permission and must undergo security checks before entering the society.
During the monsoon, we often encounter sewage problems because the sewage canals are not well developed, leading to water blockages near the premises. In summer, we face water shortages as we receive water every other day. Additionally, there is currently no metro connectivity available.

Firstly, the construction and infrastructure are well-developed, providing a great overall environment. It feels safe and offers a good range of facilities. There's even a great track for cycling, which is well-maintained and clean. Overall, it's been a great experience with excellent hospitality.
I haven't explored much yet, but with ample space available, I believe there should be more greenery in the area.

It's a great place to live with well-designed buildings both inside and out. Additionally, there are CCTV cameras installed on every floor for added security, and malls are within walking distance, adding to the convenience.
In this area, we face significant water problems, especially during the summer months. Additionally, the road maintenance is not up to the mark. There's limited green space, and unfortunately, there's no metro connectivity in the vicinity.

Overall, I'm pleased with the design of the rooms and the reasonable maintenance charges. I particularly appreciate how they celebrate all the festivals, which adds to the enjoyment of living here.
It's quite far from the station, making it challenging to find transport facilities easily. The power backup is poor, and there are issues with lift maintenance, which can be inconvenient when electricity goes out.

I love the location of my society because it's close to the main market and has easy access to all kinds of facilities, including shopping malls, restaurants, and schools. Additionally, it's conveniently located near the railway station, making commuting easier.
One major downside of my society is the lack of proper hospital facilities. In case of serious health issues, residents need to seek medical care in other areas. Additionally, there are no club or night show facilities available within the locality, limiting entertainment options for residents.

The building is impeccably maintained and constructed, with about 80% occupancy of its total flats. Basic amenities are conveniently located nearby. Virar is experiencing rapid growth, increasing demand for flats. Moreover, the spacious flats and quality services offered are definite advantages here.
One major drawback of Global City Virar is the issue with the drinking water connection, which is a significant concern. Resolving this issue could potentially increase property prices by 4-5 lakhs. Additionally, occasional electricity power cuts occur, and the approach roads to the building are not well-maintained, posing challenges for residents.

As a former resident of Global City, Virar West, I appreciate the presence of a large temple surrounded by gardens in the heart of the city. Another positive aspect is that all the projects are RERA registered and developed by reputable builders, ensuring high-quality construction materials. While property rates may be on the higher side, around 40-45 lakhs for a one-bedroom apartment, the peaceful surroundings make it worth it. The availability of various facilities within Global City, from small shops to large malls, adds to its appeal. Overall, it's an excellent place to live.
One of the few drawbacks was bikers speeding through the area, but thankfully, authorities have addressed this by installing speed bumpers to prevent such incidents.
