These issues detract from the overall appeal of the society and require urgent attention to enhance the quality of life for its inhabitants.

Good things here

The society has good connectivity with access to autos, cabs, metro, railway station, buses, and no traffic issues. The amenities are nice with a garden, play area, swimming pool, and gym.

Things need improvement

Maintenance is poor with no proper cleaning, garbage collection, and issues are not solved on time. Construction has problems with no seepage, leakage, or cracks but lacks good ventilation. The neighborhood is not very friendly with limited interaction.

Good things here

Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores are available just outside the society. 2 pharmacy are available. cabs are easily available in the society. CCTV cameras are installed. Lifts are available and it functional properly. If problems arise in lifts then it is immediately repaired. Society is kept clean and hygine is maintained properly. If there are any power cuts that will happen then we get a notice before that from the service providers. There are no sudden power cuts that happens in the society. The ventilation of the society is very good. Proper sunlight comes in rooms. Emergency stairs and fire estinguishers are available in the society. The constructuion quality is good in the society, issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are not faced in the society. Other facilities and amenities like gym, swimmingpool, park, club house, play area for kids are available in the society. Basketball and tennis court are also available. Walking tracks and sky lounge is available in the society.

Things need improvement

The connectivity of the society is average, public transports like auto, buses are not available easily outside the society. There is no bus stop nearby. Restaurants are very limited around the area. The delivery time is taken a lot if you order from these restaurants. There are very limited good hospitals around the society. There are no online food delivery shops available nearby the society. Food delivery is a big issue around the society. There is a slum area at the back side of the society from where a lot of noise pollution is faced in the society. There are no limitations for them. The area is very hot and polluted area, it becomes a big problem regarding climate changes. The environment is very bad as pollution faced a lot. Sometimes insects and worms are seen from carpet area. People are not very friendly and communicative in the society.

Good things here

Connectivity is really good here as there is railway station and bus stop at walking distance from the society as it is very central and you can get everything. Build quality is really good as there are no issues regarding seepage and fitting in the society. best part is we dont need to pay maintenance charges as at the time of purchase we all have provided some particular amount and managing committee has invested it and now society is functional on interest and we residents are maintenance free. All the modern amenities are available in the society and everything is well maintained. All the festivals are being celebrated in the society socialism is good and here is cosmopolitian crowd. Allocated parking available for owners and visitors.

There is lots of noice pollution around the society as there is temple and hall beside the society due to that all the time something is happening and celebrating over there which is quite disturbing for us. Power back up is available for common lift and lights only.

This is not the best option. The premium project is fine but I faced a lot of issues. The security system is the worst. Roads are not maintained and transport is busy. There is also a lot of noise in the area due to other construction works. Sometimes the supply of electricity and water is also bad. My experience with the project was not worth the investment.

Great project. The area is good as it connects reputed schools, colleges, and IT hubs. The residential project rooms are also spacious and luxurious. The overall project is good but sometimes there is the problem of water supply and electricity.

One of the best residential complexes. I have booked an apartment, the project is connected to the heart of the city which makes it all the more important. My family is happy with the investment as proper facilities and amenities are provided here. Century Horizon is one of the best places to live.

) I have a 2BHK flat and interiors are spacious enough. Since the location is developing fast, the value of the flat will increase in near future. 9/7 security, water and good maintenance around make residing here worth.

There are some power and water supply issue. Also the location is highly crowded, especially during the monsoon period, things get worse. I am thinking to sell this apartment and buy a better one
