Good things here
Outside the society, public transportation like autos, buses, rickshaws, and cabs are easily accessible, ensuring excellent connectivity. Market areas, schools, malls, and restaurants are conveniently located nearby. The society itself is beautiful, equipped with amenities such as a gym, swimming pool, and clubhouse. There's reliable power backup available, and both owners and visitors have allocated parking spaces. The build quality is outstanding.
Things need improvement
The society faces some notable infrastructure challenges, including issues like leakage and seepage that require prompt attention for maintenance and repair. Cultural events could be more actively celebrated. Cleanliness standards need improvement, particularly in the lobby and parks, where enhanced upkeep is necessary. Outside the society, road conditions are currently undergoing repair work to address their poor state, which impacts accessibility. Moreover, there's a shortage of lifts within the buildings, suggesting a need for additional installations to improve convenience for residents.

The maintainance of the society is very good, hygine is also maintained. The society is great with water supply and power backup available for 24*7 in the society. Garbage collections are done on time. The transportation and connectivity around the society is pretty good, auto, cabs are easily available around the society. There are nearby Markets, grocery, schools, mall, restaurants available around the society. The infrastructure of the buildings are good. Seepage and leakage issues are not faced as such in the society, there are no fitting issues. The construction quality of the buildings is pretty good. There are cordial and sorted people staying in the society, never faced any issues with neighbours. Facilities and Amenities like gym, swimmingpool, club house, play area for kids are available in the society

I'm not at all facing any kinds of problems in this society, I like the society as it is and I don't fins any disliking factors to mention about this society.

Overall, the society provides a very comfortable and convenient living environment with everything you need to enjoy your day-to-day life.

The social life is lacking, as people do not interact much with each other, which can make the community feel isolated. Additionally, the local markets are not easily accessible, which can be inconvenient when you need to shop for groceries or other essentials. While the facilities and security are excellent, the limited social interaction and difficulty in accessing local markets are significant drawbacks. Improving these areas could greatly enhance the overall living experience in this society.

Although the connectivity is good, there are occasional traffic issues during peak hours. The construction quality is generally solid, but minor issues occasionally crop up. Despite the friendliness of the people, community events could be better organized to enhance social interaction.

The location and amenities of our community. The proximity to the highway and metro makes commuting a breeze, and having Oberoi Mall nearby is incredibly convenient. There are no issues with leakage or seepage, and the landscape is beautifully maintained. The gym, pool, and clubhouse are excellent, offering a variety of games and activities. Plus, the residents are social and friendly, making it a great place to live
Things need improvement
As an resident , one minor issue is the occasional presence of cockroaches. However, this can be effectively managed with regular pest control. Other than that, the living experience here is quite good.

The amazing thing about are the amenities, they are to be jealous of. The society is clean and green at all times enhancing the living experience of the same.
Things need improvement
The connectivity is a bit of a problem as it is a little aloof from the hustle bustle of the city. People are well to do, so they dont engage as much thinking of the potential security threat.
