I was definetly excited with my purchase till i visited the site of teh construction, the drainage system that they are building is not good enough for monsoon rain which is will definetly result in a water clogging situation. I have made my complaints and concersn to the site owner and hopefully they will look into it.

It was the lists of favourable amenities that have attracted me the most. i visted the place with my wife and was fasinated by the constructuin quality that they have been giving us. I was sure about the place after my site visit. we will be so happy here.

I really like everything about this project but the construction is still ongoing so some noise and dust are there. But regardless of this, they gave everything they promised. The pool and gym are there to relax while many other facilities are there for children too. The overall area is satisfying. The family will find all schools, hospitals, supermarkets nearby. The reverse cellular tower network is good here and the residents welcome you with a smile. Basically, all those are needed by the family. Out of all amenities I loved the swimming pool especially because this is the first time I am experiencing pool in my project and I think it adds a plus point for me.

I am very happy with my experience. The project is still a work in progress so dust and everything is there but I knows it's temporary. The whole area's safety is good, complex security is also there. The problem of the cellular tower is not there. Monsoon sometimes leads to water accumulation but the maintenance of society is satisfying and all conveniences are very good. I like the pool, gym, jogging, and running path these facilities help me to stay fit. Everything is upscale here. Maintenance problems are not there. The WFH crowd will not face problems with cellular networks but construction noise still exists since the project appears in phase.

Mahindra Happinest Boisar - Phase 1 had the perfect option for me. I wanted a 1 BHK apartment for my single life. My parents are happy with my decision.

The location is not a problem for me as I work from home. There are excellent facilities here. My family is happy as I can spend time with them playing outside.

This project has commercial complexes inside. Playing areas are well maintained. Senior citizens can spend time in the park. I recommend this project for senior couples and small families.

I own an RK apartment here and am very satisfied with my purchase. This property is for my work-related investment. Spending time here in the weekend is perfect.

This is a good project to invest as the location will turn out to be a goldmine soon. The price of the properties is nothing compared to the common suburbs.
