Good things here

Good low density project with a big clubhouse, gymnasium. Overall a peaceful living experience with a great connectivity to Powai and Eastern Freeway

Things need improvement

Nothing as such untill now since the society is well maintained along with celebrating most of the festivals. The brand name Lodha stands tall and help us in luxurious urban living.

The infrastructure is top-notch, with excellent road and highway connectivity. The build quality of the apartments is excellent, with no major issues reported. The rooms are spacious and well-ventilated. The society boasts a range of amenities including a swimming pool, gym, clubhouse, walking track, garden, and even a school. All these facilities are well-maintained by a dedicated maintenance team. Parking is well-organized with allocated spots for owners and digital parking systems in place. The community is vibrant and friendly, with festivals and functions celebrated regularly, fostering a strong sense of community. Essential utilities like 24x7 water supply and reliable utility services are consistently available. Fire safety features are also well-implemented, ensuring residents' safety. Overall, this society is considered one of the best in the area due to its comprehensive amenities, excellent infrastructure, and strong community�spirit.

Things need improvement

One of the major drawbacks of this society is the presence of a large dump yard in the Bhandup area. The unpleasant smell from the dump yard wafts into the society about twice a day, which can be quite bothersome. Additionally, while the maintenance charges are relatively high at 16,000 per month, they are reasonable when considering the comprehensive amenities provided, making it�worth�the�cost.

The maintenance of the buildings was commendable, with a friendly and efficient maintenance team. The security staff was particularly noteworthy, displaying professionalism and consistency in their management. The society employed well-trained guards from specific agencies. Electricity was consistently available in all areas, and the society's management was deemed satisfactory. There were no issues with electricity and water supply. The community within the society was vibrant, with various functions and festivals regularly organized. Both allocated owners and visitors parking spaces were available within�the�society.

Things need improvement

The quality of construction in the society is horrible, with multiple issues such as patches near the sink, popping cement from walls, and tiles falling off in the bathroom. The materials used appear to be of low quality. Additionally, the lifts are not well-built, experiencing frequent chamber problems related to water or other issues. A recent incident resulted in the lift being shut down for four days due to a poorly designed lift chamber. Based on these experiences, i will never recommend purchasing a flat from Lodha�construction.

While the people are generally good, cultural programs and events are not celebrated in a significant way, indicating room for improvement in community�engagement.
