Good low density project with a big clubhouse, gymnasium. Overall a peaceful living experience with a great connectivity to Powai and Eastern Freeway

Nothing as such untill now since the society is well maintained along with celebrating most of the festivals. The brand name Lodha stands tall and help us in luxurious urban living.

The society offers numerous advantages that make it an excellent place to live. Good international schools and large hospitals are conveniently located nearby. Public transportation options such as the railway station, metro, and bus services are easily accessible. Additionally, the society is close to the Powai area, providing access to all its facilities. The infrastructure is top-notch, with excellent road and highway connectivity. The build quality of the apartments is excellent, with no major issues reported. The rooms are spacious and well-ventilated. The society boasts a range of amenities including a swimming pool, gym, clubhouse, walking track, garden, and even a school. All these facilities are well-maintained by a dedicated maintenance team. Parking is well-organized with allocated spots for owners and digital parking systems in place. The community is vibrant and friendly, with festivals and functions celebrated regularly, fostering a strong sense of community. Essential utilities like 24x7 water supply and reliable utility services are consistently available. Fire safety features are also well-implemented, ensuring residents' safety. Overall, this society is considered one of the best in the area due to its comprehensive amenities, excellent infrastructure, and strong community�spirit.
Things need improvement
One of the major drawbacks of this society is the presence of a large dump yard in the Bhandup area. The unpleasant smell from the dump yard wafts into the society about twice a day, which can be quite bothersome. Additionally, while the maintenance charges are relatively high at 16,000 per month, they are reasonable when considering the comprehensive amenities provided, making it�worth�the�cost.

With garbage collections being efficiently carried out and convenient connectivity options available just outside, it's incredibly convenient to navigate daily life. Having local shops, supermarkets, schools, and grocery stores nearby adds to the convenience, and the ample parking space, including visitor parking, ensures there's always room for vehicles. The well-maintained gardens and greenery enhance the beauty of our surroundings and create a serene atmosphere. The availability of amenities like the gym, swimming pool, and clubhouse allows for enjoyable recreation and socialization opportunities. Knowing that our security system is reliable, with security guards and CCTV cameras in place, brings peace of mind. I appreciate how quickly issues are resolved in our society, and I'm grateful to be surrounded by decent and educated neighbors who contribute positively to our community. The organization of cultural festivals and events further strengthens our sense of belonging and camaraderie. Overall, I feel fortunate to call this society my home, especially without any water logging issues.

Additionally, the lack of good hospitals nearby poses concerns, as access to healthcare is essential for residents' well-being. Having hospitals far from the society could potentially create challenges, especially during emergencies or for regular medical needs.

Having essential amenities such as local shops, supermarkets, schools, hospitals, and grocery stores nearby adds to the convenience of daily life. Additionally, the availability of facilities like a gym, swimming pool, and clubhouse enhances our lifestyle and provides opportunities for relaxation and recreation. Security is top-notch, with a robust security system in place including security guards and CCTV cameras installed throughout the society. Elevators are well-maintained, ensuring smooth accessibility for all residents. Any issues that arise are promptly addressed, reflecting efficient management and a commitment to resident satisfaction. Moreover, the presence of decent and educated residents fosters a harmonious and vibrant community atmosphere. The locality of the society was excellent, centrally located with nearby access to express highways, railway stations, metro stations, and bus stops. The maintenance of the buildings was commendable, with a friendly and efficient maintenance team. The security staff was particularly noteworthy, displaying professionalism and consistency in their management. The society employed well-trained guards from specific agencies. Electricity was consistently available in all areas, and the society's management was deemed satisfactory. There were no issues with electricity and water supply. The community within the society was vibrant, with various functions and festivals regularly organized. Both allocated owners and visitors parking spaces were available within�the�society.
Things need improvement
The quality of construction in the society is horrible, with multiple issues such as patches near the sink, popping cement from walls, and tiles falling off in the bathroom. The materials used appear to be of low quality. Additionally, the lifts are not well-built, experiencing frequent chamber problems related to water or other issues. A recent incident resulted in the lift being shut down for four days due to a poorly designed lift chamber. Based on these experiences, i will never recommend purchasing a flat from Lodha�construction.

A standout feature is the large and beautiful walking track area within the society. Safety features including fire precautions are available, and the lifts are well maintained. There is continuous 24/7 water and electricity supply. The quality of approach roads is well-developed, and traffic congestion�is�minimal.

If we discuss the drawbacks, the quality of construction in the society is subpar. There are persistent seepage issues that despite attempts to fix, recur over time. Maintenance costs are incurred for a few years, but the problem persists, requiring ongoing attention. The upkeep of amenities such as the gym and pool is also lacking, needing improvement from the maintenance team. Personally, I believe that cleanliness standards regarding amenities could be better managed. While the people are generally good, cultural programs and events are not celebrated in a significant way, indicating room for improvement in community�engagement.
