There is ample open space and lush greenery. Whenever we embark on a stroll, each lap covers approximately 1 kilometer. The community is renowned for its friendly residents, who joyfully come together to celebrate a myriad of festivals including Diwali, Christmas, Shet Puja, Dussehra, New Year, Holi, Ganesh Pooja, Karnataka Rajyotsava, and more. In terms of connectivity, there's a bus stop, supermarkets, theaters, all within a 1 km radius. The roads are of excellent quality, complemented by streetlights. Parking facilities, both within the community and outside, are abundant. Maintenance is top-notch with a monthly fee of Rs. 5000, covering daily garbage collection, segregating wet and dry waste efficiently. Power backup is reliable, lift maintenance is meticulous, and amenities abound including a swimming pool, cricket pitch, skating rink, snooker room, basketball court, community hall, walking track, children's play area, and gardens. Construction is commendable, featuring well-ventilated rooms.
Water cut issues persist within the society, causing inconvenience to residents. Adequate measures are needed to address this challenge promptly and ensure uninterrupted water supply.

We have a spacious 7-acre area dedicated to walking and various amenities, all well-utilized and maintained. Residents enjoy access to facilities including table tennis, a basketball court, yoga room, walking track, swimming pool, gym, clubhouse, community hall, and children's play area. Monthly maintenance charges of Rs. 5000 cover upkeep expenses. There are no issues with water or power, and the lifts are in good condition. Regular cleaning and efficient garbage collection services are provided, with proper segregation of wet and dry waste. The flats feature excellent ventilation and are constructed with high quality, ensuring no leakage issues. The location is convenient, with amenities such as a petrol station, ATM, school, bus stop, supermarkets, and grocery stores all within 1 km. Functional street lights and ample parking space further add to the convenience.
The road quality within the society is poor, which poses challenges for residents. Improving it would significantly enhance accessibility and convenience for everyone.

We have plenty of spaces where we enjoy our evenings. It is kid-friendly, and children have a great time in the evenings. Connectivity-wise, within a 2 km radius, residents have access to a bus stop, supermarkets, fresh vegetable markets, and sellers who come twice a week. Additionally, there are schools, hospitals, and ATMs nearby. Street lights are available, and there is ample parking space. Maintenance-wise, we faced water issues in the past year, but they have been resolved now. We have good power backup, and daily cleaning and regular garbage collection are ensured. The lift is working properly. Amenities include a swimming pool, table tennis, basketball court, yoga room, aerobics room, gym, clubhouse, children�s play area, walking track, and party hall.
The road in the society is dusty, which affects the overall cleanliness and air quality. Addressing this issue would greatly improve residents' comfort and the community's aesthetic appeal.

The lifts in the society are well-maintained. There are no cleanliness issues. The residents are cooperative. All festivals are celebrated. The roads outside the society are well-maintained, with no issues of water logging. There are no problems with leakage or seepage. There are no traffic jams near the society, and public transport is easily available.
In the society, there is water available, but it is limited, and sometimes it falls short, so we have to call for tankers from outside for water. This leads to slightly higher maintenance charges. We have to install an RO purifier at home due to this tanker water. There is no metro station near the society.

Our society is surrounded by green spaces just a few meters from the main road, offering a peaceful and pollution-free environment. It's perfect for evening walks. Nearby, within 1 km, you'll find schools, hospitals, bus stops, supermarkets, and well-maintained roads with street lights. There's plenty of parking, and our maintenance team does an excellent job with separate garbage collection and regular cleaning. We also enjoy fantastic amenities like a gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, courts for sports, yoga and aerobics rooms, play areas for kids, and more.
The society experiences traffic congestion and delays because it's close to the main road.
