Good things here

Transportation facilities such as auto stands and cab stands are conveniently located near the society. Multiple schools and hospitals are also nearby, along with bus services. The maintenance team in the society resolves issues promptly and efficiently. Cleanliness is maintained with segregation of dry and wet garbage within the society. Festivals and cultural events are celebrated within the community, fostering a strong sense of social unity. Owners benefit from allocated parking spaces. Additionally, the society enjoys round-the-clock water and electricity supply, ensuring convenience for�all�residents.

Things need improvement

The metro facilities are quite far from the society. In terms of build quality, there are minor infrastructure issues such as leakages and seepages, but these are promptly addressed by the maintenance team upon receiving complaints. Unfortunately, there is no allocated visitor parking within the society, so visitors must park outside the premises. Additionally, due to the society consisting of only two buildings, the amenities like the swimming pool, clubhouse, and gym are relatively small compared to larger societies. While all amenities are present, their size and scale are more limited in�this�context.

Good things here

Pets were welcomed in the society without any objections. Ola and Uber services were readily available. The roads surrounding the society were in good condition. Daily garbage collection ensured cleanliness throughout the society. Water supply was consistent round-the-clock. All modern amenities were provided and meticulously maintained. Residents fostered a friendly atmosphere and came together to celebrate various festivals. Adequate parking was allotted for residents' convenience. No instances of leakage or seepage were reported in the flats.

Things need improvement

Construction activities in other flats caused disturbance to residents due to dust, highlighting the need for prior consultation with residents before scheduling such work. Autos were not easily available near the society, requiring residents to walk a bit to find one. Although visitor parking was available in the society, its availability was limited.

Good things here

Sona road nearby hai isliye public transport and nearby sabji markets, grocery shop , sabkuchh hai. amenitis sare hai and proper maintain hoti hai. people helpful and friendly hai. har flats mai balcony , window sab proper hai.

Things need improvement

Long term maintenance bohot slow hai , thik se nahi hoti hai. 5 km dur metro station hai. delhi railway sta dur hai. painting and water profing bohot din se nahi hua hai.

Good things here

Cab service was easily available, and there were no seepage or leakage issues. The gym, swimming pool, and clubhouse were available. Power backups were provided. There were no drainage or waterlogging concerns Had adequate water supply and maintained proper hygiene. People were friendly and lived their own lives.

Malls, market areas, and restaurants were not nearby, had to travel 3 km to access these facilities. Additionally, there were no CCTVs, and electricity-related issues occurred as management would cut electricity due to late payments. Online payments were not accepted, and there were no grocery stores nearby, requiring travel to the outer area for groceries.

Good things here

Transportation options include buses, autos, and cabs. Maintenance is managed properly, with a reliable water supply and no waterlogging. Only two buildings in the enclave contribute to efficient maintenance. Construction quality is satisfactory with no seepage or leakage issues. Amenities like a gym and a small kids' play area exist. The area is very safe, and the overall atmosphere is homelike. Residents are friendly and helpful.

The transportation connectivity is unsatisfactory, and there is no garden in the area. Additionally, there is no grocery shop in the society.

Connectivity is very good like nearby autos,ola,uber,rapido all are avialable. all facilities are there.

For catching metro and railway you have to go atleast 10 km far from society.
