Good things here
Living near hospitals is definitely reassuring in case of emergencies. It's great that garbage collections are timely, ensuring cleanliness and hygiene within the society. The absence of water supply and waterlogging issues further contributes to a comfortable living environment. The society's maintenance and cleanliness standards seem commendable, and having two balconies is a nice feature for residents to enjoy some outdoor space. Security being very good is crucial for peace of mind, and it's wonderful to hear that the society prioritizes the safety of its residents. Celebrating cultural festivals and events together can foster a sense of community and belonging among residents, creating opportunities for social interaction and mutual support.
Things need improvement
Buses stops are a bit far from the society. There are no metro stations nearby the society. Public transport options are limited. Also limited markets and shops are the around the society, we have to rely on delivery apps. Power backup is only for the common areas. The construction quality of the buildings average, seepage and leakage issues are sometimes seen in the apartments Club house, gym and swimmingpool is available but maintenance is not upto the mark.

Good things here
The maintenance of the society is good; there is regular cleaning and everything is well-maintained. Garbage collection is done on time, and there are no issues with water supply or power cuts. Additionally, the residents come together to celebrate festivals and are helpful and�cooperative.
Things need improvement
The biggest problem around the society is the lack of public transport. There are no auto-rickshaws, cabs, or rickshaws available nearby, and there is no bus stop either. I believe having public transport is essential. Additionally, there is a slight issue with seepage near the bathroom area, which needs to be addressed. Furthermore, there are amenities like a swimming pool, but it is not functional; it should be made�functional.

Good things here
The rooms in the apartments are very spacious and private. Cleanliness is top-notch, with regular mopping and sweeping. The build quality is excellent, with no leakage or seepage issues. All modern amenities are present in the society. The residents are friendly and create a pleasant community atmosphere.
Things need improvement
The society has poor connectivity, with local transport being hard to access and only Ola and Uber services available. Additionally, schools and hospitals are not within walking distance.

Society has good connectivity like auto,cabs are easily available in the society. All the modern amenities are present in the society. High security system and maintenance of the society. good celebration of festivals in the society.

Water supply issues in the society,there are no water supply from municiple corporation so society is using taker facility for water supply dur to that maintenance charges are bit high in the society. minor leakage and seepage issues are there in the society.

Build quality of the apartment is top notch and material used is of good quality.Crowd of the people is good friendly and helpful.
Things need improvement
Managing commitee is so much partial toward owners and tenant ,there were different rules for tenants and owners.Security system was poor,maintenance was just pathetic like none of the amenities were functional.connectivity of the apartment is poor like no auto,cabs were easily available in the society.

Good things here
Despite not having specific standout features, I find the security measures in the society satisfactory. We utilize app-based security systems, and there are CCTV cameras installed throughout the society. The rooms are somewhat spacious, and the residents are cooperative�and�friendly.
Things need improvement
The roads outside the society are poorly developed and in extremely bad condition, resulting in poor connectivity and dissuading people from entering the society. Auto care facilities are also lacking. The maintenance of the society is abysmal, leading many residents to move out and sell their flats. Additionally, property prices have not increased due to the low maintenance and poor road quality. There is no local market nearby, and essential amenities like the swimming pool, clubhouse, and gym are in poor condition. The garden area is dirty and unhygienic. There are also issues with water supply, as we only receive water for one hour, leading to the need to purchase water from outside. Cleanliness is also lacking. Overall, the society has been a bad investment, and I regret buying�a�flat�here.

Good things here
The maintainance services are pretty good in this society. Power backup issues and water supply issues are not faced as such in this society. Maintainance services are done on time when some issues are raised. There are sufficient open areas available in the society. The society has got amenities like swimming pool, club house and gym made inside the society. All the amenities are functional and kept well maintained. The neighbourhood of this society is very good and many events and festivals are celebrated together in this society.
Things need improvement
Sometimes connectivity becomes an issue, as public transport are sometimes not available but rest most of the time it is available. The infrastructure of the society is good but the wall quality is not upto the mark as damps are seen on the walls. Even in the washroom area damps are happening.

Good things here
Earlier, a few people used to park their cars anywhere, but when this issue was raised in the society's WhatsApp group, everyone started parking their cars in their designated parking spaces. Water is available 24/7. The society is clean, and flats are well-ventilated. All modern amenities are available. Issues are resolved quickly, and people are good. Festivals are celebrated, and lifts are maintained.
Things need improvement
The society is a bit on the inner side so we can't find auto-rickshaws easily. There has been a leakage and seepage issue in the flats for a while. My parking spot is allotted near the security gate, and whenever a car stops at the gate, it often scratches our car. The bathroom tiles are getting damaged due to hard water. The swimming pool has been closed since the lockdown.

I'm particularly impressed by the society's commitment to cleanliness and hygiene, evident in its well-maintained surroundings. The availability of properly functioning lifts and emergency exits adds to the safety measures in place. With a robust security system comprising CCTV cameras, security guards, and security apps, I feel secure and protected within the society. During the rainy season, water logging is not a concern, thanks to effective drainage systems. Additionally, the presence of amenities such as a gym, club house, and play area for kids enhances the quality of life for residents. What truly sets this society apart is its strong sense of community. Cultural events and festivals are celebrated together.
Things need improvement
Roads are still properly not made outside the society, Roads are under construction. Sometimes garbage collections are not done on time. We face water supply issues at times in the society. Sometimes extra charges for water supply has to be paid for which maintenance charges that are taken are at higher side. Internal issues has to be resolved by ourselves, related to electrical and plumbing. Society does not take any responsibility for that. The constructuion quality is not good, issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are faced in the society. Wall plaster comes off easily. Paintings are not done on time. Because of some problem swimming pool is closed and it is not functional. Pets makes the society dirty and proper implementation is not done.

this nice place in Pune is a ready-to-move housing society. here there are several budget range houses with units that are a perfect combination of comfort and style. I like the luxurious touch they have.
