I'm incredibly pleased with the maintenance services in our society. The water supply and electricity are consistently well-maintained, and I've never encountered any issues with them. The amenities, including the swimming pool, clubhouse, and garden, are all impeccably maintained, providing great opportunities for relaxation and recreation. With a nearby metro station, schools, and hospitals within easy reach, the location of our society is incredibly convenient. I appreciate the good frequency of public transportation options like auto, bus, and cab, which make getting around the city hassle-free. The construction quality of our flats is top-notch, ensuring spacious and well-ventilated living spaces without any issues like seepage. Sunlight streams in beautifully, brightening up the rooms.
I'm really happy with my experience living in Imperial Garden society. Honestly, I don't see any areas that need improvement. Everything is already great, and the society is incredibly well-maintained. It feels like the perfect place for me, and I couldn't ask for a better living situation. I'm grateful to be a part of such a wonderful community.

One of the best aspects of the housing complex is its security. Our safety is ensured with guards present for two shifts, regular entries logged for visitors, and CCTV coverage throughout the premises. In terms of connectivity, we have easy access to auto rickshaws, cabs, and the metro, all near the complex. The society offers excellent amenities including a gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, and library, all well-maintained and fully functional. We also celebrate various cultural events and functions within the community, with a good mix of residents. Cleanliness is prioritized, with daily garbage collection and separate disposal of wet and dry waste within�the�society.
The management of the housing complex is very poor. They impose numerous hidden charges on residents, such as extra fees for painting and other additional work beyond basic maintenance. Maintenance charges are high, and in my opinion, they are not being utilized properly or transparently. Additionally, the quality of construction is subpar, with frequent seepage problems. Owners are left to bear the costs, and the maintenance team neglects internal�flat�issues.

The society was impeccably maintained, with all amenities conveniently nearby and no issues with sealing or leakage. The neighborhood was fantastic, and the neighbors were friendly and welcoming. Connectivity was excellent, making it easy to reach markets, schools, and shopping centers. Public transportation options were readily available for daily commuters. The construction quality was outstanding, and both the CCTV systems and elevators operated efficiently. Additionally, the parking area was spacious, offering plenty of room for vehicles.
While the connectivity of the society was excellent, unfortunately, the construction quality fell short. Issues like poor construction leading to seepage and sealing problems need urgent attention. It's evident that improvement in construction standards is necessary to enhance the overall quality of the living experience.

The lack of metro connectivity around the society posed challenges for traveling, which was inconvenient for residents. Moreover, the construction quality of the society left much to be desired, with numerous cracks in the walls and occasional seepage issues. These shortcomings may have contributed to some residents opting to leave the society.

QwThe maintenance of the society is excellent, with everything well-maintained. The lifts are of a good brand and are properly maintained, so they don't frequently break down. Additionally, there is ample parking space with allotted parking, and all amenities such as a gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, and garden are available and well-maintained.
The connectivity around the society with public transport is very poor. There are no nearby options for buses or other forms of public transport like auto rickshaws or cabs. This causes a lot of inconvenience for commuting, especially if you don't have your�own�vehicle.

The variety of amenities at Imperial Gardens is impressive. Whether I want to swim at Pool Greens, enjoy a cultural performance at the Culture Court, or relax at Hideout Greens, there's always something to do.
