It's incredibly convenient to have grocery stores, market areas, and malls nearby, making errands and shopping a breeze. One of the perks of living here is the hassle-free parking situation; residents never have to worry about finding a spot. Timely garbage collection and pest control services ensure that our surroundings are always kept in top condition. Our rooms are well-ventilated, providing a comfortable living environment. Outside, the road quality is excellent, and functional street lights ensure safety during nighttime. Security is a top priority, with CCTV cameras installed throughout the society and vigilant security guards on duty. We're fortunate to have amenities like a gym, swimming pool, park, and play area for kids, enhancing our quality of life. Moreover, the community spirit thrives as we come together to celebrate cultural festivals and events. The peaceful environment of our society, coupled with safety features like fire extinguishers and emergency exits, truly makes it a great place to call home.
At times, traffic congestion can be quite challenging to navigate. Unfortunately, there have been instances where issues take longer than expected to be resolved. Additionally, the water supply is not always consistent, as it operates on fixed timings. Random power cuts have also been a concern in our society. Furthermore, the construction quality leaves much to be desired, as seepage and leakage issues have arisen on occasion. Regrettably, not all residents exhibit the friendliness and cooperation we would hope for in a community.

The regular maintenance of elevators, along with a robust security system comprising security guards and CCTV cameras, guarantees residents' safety and peace of mind. Furthermore, the organized parking arrangements within the society, coupled with the allocation of proper parking spaces and adherence to parking rules, contribute to hassle-free parking. Additionally, the modern amenities available, such as a gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, and parks, significantly enhance the overall quality of life for residents.
The prevalence of Jain community residents may result in dietary restrictions and considerations regarding the preparation and consumption of non-vegetarian food. Local transport facilities including the railway station and bus services were available near the society. The build quality was excellent, with no issues of leakage or seepage during my time living there. The rooms were spacious and well-ventilated. All modern amenities such as a swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, and other facilities were available and well-maintained. Safety was ensured with the presence of guards and CCTV surveillance, and thorough verification of individuals at the entrance. The community was friendly and helpful. Overall, safety was prioritized and maintained within�the�society.
During my time in that society, I didn't encounter any issues that would cause me to dislike anything about it. However, I believe the maintenance team could improve their response time and efficiency in addressing residents'�concerns.

Living at Lodha Venezia is generally good. The location is convenient with easy access to transportation and nearby amenities. Parking is adequate, the society is kept well clean and is very pet friendly as well. there is a gym in the society which is very good i use it on regular bases.
However, there are areas that need improvement. Visitor parking can be limited, causing inconvenience when guests visit. Traffic around the society can get congested during peak hours, making commuting challenging. Maintenance response time for apartment issues can be slow at times. Elevators need better maintenance as they are often slow and unreliable. Garbage collection and neighborliness could also improve. maintenance charges when compared to the services provided are not very high.

Taxis are easily available near the society. There is no issue with traffic. Water supply is consistent 24/7. There are no cracks in the walls. The society is clean. Maintenance charges are justified, and all modern amenities are well-maintained. The residents are cooperative. There is ample parking for residents and visitors. Resident issues are resolved by the RWA. The lifts are well-maintained.
The society gate is directly opposite a divider, which makes it necessary for us to make a U-turn for easier access. The metro and local railway station are 1 km away. There is a significant leakage issue in the flats. Autos are not readily available.

The connectivity of the society was quite good; auto rickshaws were readily available, and the roads were in good condition. Additionally, the maintenance of the society was also good; it was well-maintained, clean, and all basic amenities were available. Moreover, the people in the society were friendly and cooperative.
The construction quality of the society wasn't very good; there were some areas where seepage issues occurred. Additionally, the unit sizes in the society were small; I feel they should have been larger. Furthermore, there should have been some improvement in the amenities as well.

Connectivity is superb with autos, buses, and the metro nearby, but surprisingly, there are no traffic problems. The roads outside the society are well-maintained. People here are good, and the flats have great ventilation. All the modern amenities you need are available in the society. There's plenty of parking space for both residents and visitors.
There's a minor leakage problem in some flats. While the society boasts four swimming pools, two of them aren't well maintained. Sometimes, there's a shortage of water supply in the society.

There are many leakages and seepages in the society. The drawers in our flat are completely damaged due to water. The lifts are not maintained well; they often stop working for half a day. In a 65-floor building, there are not enough lifts, and we have to wait for 10-15 lifts.

The construction quality of the flats is not up to the mark; there are many leakages and seepages. The approach road near the society gate has deteriorated and needs maintenance by the society.
