Good things here

The road quality is gradually improving over time. Outside the society, residents have easy access to various amenities including local shops, supermarkets, grocery stores, schools, restaurants, and a nearby hospital. A sufficient amount of parking space is allocated for all residents. The society is meticulously maintained, ensuring cleanliness and proper hygiene standards are upheld. Garbage collection is conducted regularly and punctually. Residents foster a friendly and cooperative atmosphere within the society. CCTV surveillance is installed throughout the society, contributing to a robust security system. The construction quality is generally satisfactory, with minimal issues such as seepage and termite problems. Rooms are well-ventilated, enhancing residents' comfort. Lifts operate smoothly, with timely maintenance conducted. There are no reported issues regarding water and electricity supply. Security guards are available to further ensure residents' safety. Various facilities and amenities such as a gym, swimming pool, park, clubhouse, and play area for kids are available and in good working order.

Things need improvement

The society's connectivity is moderate, as public transportation options such as autos and cabs are not readily available within walking distance outside the society. The society is situated 100 meters inside from the main road. The metro station is quite distant from the society. Water logging issues frequently occur around the roads. Occasional chaos related to pets is observed. Outer paint and exterior maintenance require improvement, with delays in painting maintenance being noted.

Good things here

Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, restaurants are available just outside the society. Hospital is nearby. The society is well maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. Regularly Garbage collection is done on time. People staying in the society are overall good in the society. Ventilation is good. Security guards informs when outsiders comes inside the society. There is no issues regardong water and electricity supply. It is aavailable for 24*7. Security guards are available. Other facilities and amenities like gym, swimmingpool, park, club house, play area for kids are available. All are working fine.

Things need improvement

The connectivity of the society is average, public transports like auto, cabs are easily not available at a walkable distance outside the society. There is no metro station. There is no good hospitals around. Cabbs don't want to come. Roads and street lights are okay, nothing special. The parking rules are not being followed by all. Lifts stops working all the time. The construction quality is literally horrible, you cannot even drill holes on the walls, there is no plaster at all. There is no CCTV and security has been changed recently. Sometimes pet related chaos happens. People are not pet friendly at all. Few pet owners does not follow amy rules.

Good things here

Higher rentals and little bit concern over the Gate 3 exit road. Also constuction quality is not very good.

Good things here

Have never faced an issue like the connectivity of public transport. maintenance of the society is also very good they maintain proper cleanliness and greenery in the society. there is proper water and power supply at all times. there are amenities available in the society like a gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, and play area for children with proper courts for basketball, tennis, and badminton.

Construction quality of the society is not good according to the brand name the society holds. the walls of the society are not that strong there are cracks here and there and the material used is also not of good quality. with relation to the price and brand name it is the quality of the society is not up to mark. .

Good things here

Maibtennace personal are pro active, they revert back and fix teh problem as and when required. Lifts are there in the complex and it is very well taken care of . neighbourhood is helpful and friendly, they even celebrated all the festivals and ocassions together. Swimming pool is there with mild fee for the outsiders or visitors and it is completely opne for residents. There is no garabage collection issue, as its picked and dumped timely. There is hardly any issue with power cuts

Things need improvement

Main road is not developed that is rigth outside teh society, due to which the public transporattation is not there. Youve to walk till main road or highway to get an auto or bus, it is gradually starting but due to road its not fully fledged started. There are seepage issues at times and cracks are thre in the walls which gets fixed if consulted with maintennace . The occupancy is alot, as compared to it the maintennace staff is less so teh number needs to increased alogn with the professionalism of teh staff
