Good things here
The flats had good sunlight and ventilation, with no leakage or seepage issues. Daily garbage collection ensured cleanliness, and there was round-the-clock water supply. All modern amenities were available and well-maintained. The residents were decent, and auto-rickshaws were easily available near the society. The roads outside the society were in good condition.
Things need improvement
Cockroaches were abundant in the flats, and we had to manage pest control ourselves as it was not provided by the society. There was a significant issue with the mobile network in the flats.

As a resident of our society, I couldn't be happier with the incredible amenities and sense of community we enjoy here. Firstly, our neighbours are like an extended family�friendly, cooperative, and always looking out for one another. It's heartwarming to see how everyone takes care of their pets, ensuring a safe and harmonious environment for all. Feeling safe is paramount, and we're well-covered with CCTV cameras and a dedicated security guard, ensuring peace of mind around the clock. Getting around is a breeze thanks to excellent connectivity. Whether it's hopping on a bus, auto, or cab, transportation options are right at our doorstep. And with well-maintained roads and convenient access to a highway and flyover, commuting couldn't be smoother. Cleanliness is another area where our society shines. Daily garbage collection and proper segregation of waste make for a tidy environment. Plus, having essential amenities like schools, hospitals, and markets nearby adds to the convenience of everyday life. Inside our homes, quality construction ensures no issues like seepage or termite infestations. Proper ventilation and well-done plaster and fittings enhance our living spaces. And let's not forget the cherry on top�modern amenities like a gym, clubhouse, and swimming pool, where we can unwind and stay healthy. Overall, living here is a true delight�a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and brotherhood.

It's been over six years since I moved into this society, and I can honestly say that I haven't encountered any major issues during my time here. Everything seems to be top-notch, from the facilities to the sense of community. The amenities provided cater to our needs effectively, and the camaraderie among neighbors adds to the overall pleasant living experience. It's reassuring to know that the management takes care of any concerns promptly, ensuring a comfortable and hassle-free environment for all residents. Overall, I'm grateful to be part of such a well-maintained and welcoming community.

Furthermore, the presence of street dogs within the society poses a potential safety risk and requires appropriate measures to address. Additionally, issues with mobile network coverage from certain providers like Airtel and Vi can hinder communication and connectivity for residents.

We take pride in keeping our surroundings clean, and hygiene is a top priority for us. Garbage collection is done diligently and on time. Outside the society, the connectivity is excellent, with auto rickshaws and cabs readily available. We have easy access to local shops, supermarkets, schools, hospitals, and grocery stores, which makes life very convenient. The roads are in good condition, and streetlights ensure visibility at night. Parking is never an issue as there's plenty of space available. I'm pleased to say that we don't have any seepage or leakage issues in our apartments, and ventilation in the rooms is excellent. Our society boasts fantastic amenities like a gym, swimming pool, and clubhouse, which are all well-utilized by the residents. Our elevators are in good working condition and are regularly maintained for everyone's convenience. One of the things I appreciate most about living here is how quickly issues are resolved. Whether it's maintenance concerns or community matters, our management team is proactive in addressing them. Moreover, the residents in our society are decent and educated, which creates a pleasant and harmonious atmosphere. We also organize cultural festivals and events, which further strengthen the sense of community and belonging.

I'm concerned about the security system in our society, as I've noticed that outsiders are sometimes allowed in without proper inquiry. Security is crucial for the safety of all residents, and allowing unauthorized individuals to enter poses a risk to our community.
