Good things here
We've got CCTV cameras installed throughout the society, ensuring our security. The lifts are reliable and in good working order. Plus, the construction quality of our buildings is top-notch � no seepage or leakage issues to worry about. The plaster quality is great too, which is a relief. We've never experienced any waterlogging problems thanks to the efficient drainage system in place. Our community spirit is strong, with friendly and cooperative neighbors who come together to celebrate cultural festivals and events. And to top it off, garbage collection is always on time, and we never face any mobile network issues.
Things need improvement
Connectivity is a bit of a challenge since the area is still under development, making public transportation less accessible. The amenities are also average since some of the promised ones haven't been provided by the builders. There's definitely room for improvement in terms of maintenance as well.

Its locality boasted exceptional amenities and friendly residents, complemented by seamless connectivity to various establishments. Commuters benefitted from accessible public transportation options, while the construction standards ensured durability. Functional CCTV surveillance and reliable elevator services were notable, alongside well-kept recreational facilities such as the gym, swimming pool, and clubhouse.
Things need improvement
The society boasted impeccable maintenance, devoid of any issues, with both CCTV surveillance and elevator systems operating flawlessly. It exhibited no areas requiring improvement.

Good things here
Everything you need, from hospitals and schools to markets and public transport, is conveniently nearby, within a 2 km radius. The property offers a gym, swimming pool, and clubhouse, and despite being a 5-year-old property, the construction quality is excellent. There's ample parking space available, and safety measures like CCTV cameras and watchmen are in place. Plus, there's no pollution or traffic congestion to worry about.

Good things here
The hospital, public transport, and local transportation options are all within a 3 km radius. There's a swimming pool, gym, clubhouse, and all necessary amenities available here. Covered parking is provided, and there are no issues with electricity or water supply. It's a great place to live.

There are some issues with the network and dust, and connectivity can be a bit of a challenge at times.

This neighborhood is great! It's close to hospitals and schools, which is handy. Plus, there's a gym, clubhouse, and swimming pool for residents to enjoy. The people living here are nice, and there's plenty of covered parking available.

Good things here
The society benefits from easy access to autos and buses, and there's a Reliance shopping mall right in front. Nearby restaurants offer convenience, while inside the society, amenities like gym, swimming pool, and play areas are available. Security is efficient, and there are no major issues related to waterproofing. Residents are decent, and there are no traffic jams in or near the society, with wide roads providing smooth access.

The highway is located approximately 5 kilometers away from the society. Additionally, the power backup only covers lifts and common areas, not individual flats.

Schools, hospitals, and the local market are within walking distance. The construction quality is good, and it's a gated society ensuring security. There's no air or noise pollution, nor traffic congestion. All modern amenities are provided, and maintenance charges for a 2 BHK are Rs. 2200.

Society main road se kafi dur thi us vajahase traffic ka bilkul issue nhi tha. autos and cabs mil jati thi. daily needs items ki society ke bahar hi shops thi. society me garden tha. security kafi acchi thi. overall atmosphere bhi kafi accha tha.
Things need improvement
Local transportation like buses/auto society ke pass nhi milti thi. gym swimming pool and clubhouse kuch bhi society me available nhi hai. kuch kuch flats me leakage ka issue tha. Shopping malls ke liye dur jana padata hai.

Everything is top class . friendly people is the big plus point of the society. Location is good.

Only issue was the network issue for the mobile phones, called the service provider issue will get resolved in some time
