Good things here
Good amount of parking space is alloted to all, also guest parking is available. The society is well maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. Regularly Garbage collection is done on time. Elevators are well maintained. There is no water logging issues. People staying in the society are overall good in the society. Ventilation is good. There is ample sunlight comming in the rooms. Seepage and termites are negligable. Security guards informs when outsiders comes inside the society. CCTV cameras are properly functional. People are cooperative, pet related issues never happens. There is no issues regardong water and electricity supply. It is aavailable for 24*7. Other facilities and amenities like gym, swimmingpool, park, club house, play area for kids are available. All are working fine.
Things need improvement
The connectivity of the society is average, public transports like auto, cabs are easily not available at a walkable distance outside the society. From online apps cabs has to be booked then only it's available. There is no metro station. There is no good hospitals around. Roads and street lights not in good condition. Within 4 to 5 kms hospitals, market area are not available.

I'm truly grateful for the wonderful experience I've had living in our society. The maintenance services have been impeccable, always ensuring that everything runs smoothly and on time. Parking has never been a hassle, even with my own vehicle, which adds an extra layer of convenience to daily life. Plus, having amenities like the swimming pool, clubhouse, and park right here within our community is a fantastic bonus. It's been a pleasure calling this place home, and I look forward to many more happy moments here in the future!
Things need improvement
Living in a society with poorly maintained roads has been quite frustrating for me. The constant disrepair often leads to travel issues and heavy traffic, making my daily commute more stressful. Additionally, dealing with seepage at times has been an inconvenience that I've had to manage. With my job keeping me occupied most of the time, I haven't had many opportunities to interact with the people in the society. It's something I hope to change in the future, as I believe fostering a sense of community could help address some of the issues we face together.

Good things here
People of the society were good. There is the best quality of the construction in the society. The maintenance is impressive, showing great care. The gym and swimming pool are top-notch, highlighting the community's commitment to quality. Easy transportation options like buses,4 auto-rickshaws, and taxis make it simple to reach essential services and places, which is especially helpful for daily travelers. Nearby markets, grocery stores, healthcare facilities, and schools are highly appreciated by residents. The large park offers children plenty of space for playing and other activities. The community members are known for their friendliness and create a welcoming atmosphere
Things need improvement
Everything was good and people were nice. There were no issues with anything. People in the society were good, and there was no need for any improvement.

Public transport is readily available nearby, and the society benefits from proximity to malls, markets, supermarkets, and grocery shops. Lifts are well maintained, and garbage collection is timely. Festivals are celebrated with enthusiasm, and ventilation within the flats is good.
Things need improvement
The construction quality is subpar, as noise easily penetrates through the walls. This means that if someone is talking or playing music on the other side of the wall, it can be heard clearly. Availability of the swimming pool is limited, and maintenance of amenities like table tennis needs improvement. Additionally, there are occasional conflicts among residents over trivial matters, leading to disturbances within the community.

Good things here
Garbage pickup is consistently punctual, and the elevator is well-maintained. There's round-the-clock availability of plumbers and electricians. Every apartment enjoys excellent ventilation. Residents are incredibly helpful, and all facilities are kept in top-notch condition. The community is known for its friendliness and supportiveness.
Things need improvement
Metro bohot dur hai toh humlogoko office jane mai bohot dikkat hoti hai. society ke location bohot bekar hai. kiunki ye city ke bahar hai, isliye connectivity mai bohot dikkat hai. city access karne mai dikkat hai.

Buses, auto,cab sabkuchh nearby hai. nearby sabji markets, grocery shop sabkuchh avialalble hai. roads condition bohot badiya hai. society ke andar parking ke liye bohot achha space hai. ventilation har ek flats mai proper dia hua hai.
Things need improvement
Drilling karne pe plaster jharta hai, curtains lagana bhi muskil hai itni kamjor walls hai. kill thokne pe bhi hole ho jati hai. swiming pool banraha hai. gym, club house, play ground kuchh bhi nahi hai. nearby koibhi metro station nahi hai.
