Additionally, the society's commitment to cleanliness and hygiene maintenance, along with segregated garbage collection, contributes to a healthy living environment. Continuous water supply without water logging issues further enhances the convenience of daily life. Moreover, the availability of parking facilities within the society premises adds to the convenience for residents and visitors alike. Furthermore, the provision of amenities such as a gym, park, swimming pool, clubhouse, and play area for kids enriches the overall quality of life within the society, providing residents with opportunities for recreation, fitness, and social interaction.
The absence of easily accessible public transportation options such as autos, rickshaws, and cabs outside the society could inconvenience residents, especially for commuting or running errands. Additionally, the lack of amenities like a gym, park, swimming pool, clubhouse, and play area for kids within the society may limit recreational opportunities for residents and their families. Furthermore, the absence of organized cultural festivals and events within the society may detract from the sense of community and social engagement among residents.

The absence of seepage or leakage within the buildings indicates high construction quality, ensuring the safety and stability of the residential structures. Well-ventilated rooms and ample sunlight create a pleasant and comfortable living environment for residents. The vibrant social life, with friendly and cooperative residents coming together to celebrate cultural festivals and events, strengthens community bonds. Reliable electricity and power backup ensure uninterrupted daily activities, contributing to a hassle-free living experience. Additionally, parking facilities, including guest parking, add convenience for both residents and visitors. Moreover, amenities such as a gym, park, clubhouse, and kids' play area enhance the overall quality of life within the society, providing recreational opportunities for all residents.
The narrow and poorly maintained connecting roads pose significant challenges for me, especially during peak hours when traffic congestion is at its worst. Navigating through these roads can be difficult and time-consuming.

There�s a big international school nearby, along with a grocery market and a hospital just 10 minutes away. The society is known for its excellent construction quality, with good ventilation and proper plastering. The community is friendly and cooperative, with modern amenities like a well-maintained gym and clubhouse. Elevators are installed, and we have regular garbage collection. Designated parking is available for each resident, and rules are generally followed. We have 24/7 electricity and water supply, though the latter is tanker water only.
Most issues arise in Phase 2 of the society. The apartments and rent in Phase 2 are lower due to various problems, such as frequent elevator breakdowns, poor garbage collection, and hygiene issues. There�s no drinking water supply, and power cuts are frequent during the monsoon. Phase 2 also suffers from a lack of sunlight, as it�s blocked on both sides. Parking is a problem throughout the society. The security needs improvement as the new security agency is careless, and the society manager has not brought much improvement despite changes. Additionally, the society is on a hilly side, so high boundary walls are necessary for safety.

The construction quality of our society is quite impressive. I've been living here for a while now, and I haven't noticed any issues like seepage or water leakage in my flat. It's reassuring to see that the maintenance services are also top-notch, keeping everything well-maintained. I really appreciate how clean and green our society is. The presence of greenery adds a refreshing touch to the surroundings. Additionally, the connectivity in terms of roads is excellent. The roads are well-constructed, making it easy to get around. While I personally don't use public transportation because I have my own car, I've heard from neighbors that the connectivity via public transport is also good.
From my personal experience, I believe there are a couple of areas in our society that could be improved. Firstly, I feel that the policy of not allowing outsider trainers in the gym is limiting. Allowing outside trainers could provide valuable expertise and guidance to ensure proper use of gym equipment and prevent injuries. Secondly, the parking space provided in the society seems to be quite small, which makes maneuvering the car out of the parking space challenging and time-consuming.

The committee organizes various festivals, fostering a sense of community among residents. Additionally, the connectivity is excellent, with easy access to public transport options like buses and nearby metro stations, along with well-maintained roads. Overall, I'm really happy with my experience living here.
In my view, the primary concern within the society revolves around our water supply. Relying on tanker deliveries has led to a significant increase in maintenance fees, which I find unreasonable. To address this issue, I believe it would be beneficial to transition to a direct water supply from the municipal corporation.

Auto and cabs are easily availabe around the society ,quality of the roads is also great and there are no ditches on the road and during rainy season there is no water logging issues in the society.Build quality id good as such there no issues regarding anything in the society.
All the modern amenities like swimming pool,club house,gym ,kids play area garden etc is available in the society but there maintenance is bit poor and swimming pool is functional mostly during summers only.

Public transports like auto, bus, rikshaws are easily accessible outside the society. The connectivity is very convinient. There are Market areas, grocery store, schools all are nearby the society. There are many hospitals nearby the society. Regularly Garbage collection is done on time. Water and electricity is always available. Water logging issues are not faced, the drainage system is good around the society. Ventilation is very nice with so many windows. Sunlight comes properly. Security guards are available. CCTV cameras are installed. people are overall friendly. Amenities like gym, swimmingpool, club house are available in the society.
I feel more maintenance is required in terms of cleaning as the straircase and lobby area are seen dirty most of the times and amenities needs to be maintained more as nowadays people are using all amenities a lot.

Autos are readily available near the society during the daytime, and cabs are accessible as well. Fortunately, there are no construction-related issues like leakage or seepage, which is a relief. The lifts are well-maintained, ensuring smooth operations, and cleanliness is diligently observed throughout the premises. Good ventilation and ample sunlight further contribute to a comfortable living environment.
The society relies on tankers for drinking water due to the short duration of water supply from the Pune Municipal Corporation. Late-night auto availability is limited, and no buses pass by the society.

All the modern amenities are there in the society like swimming pool,club house gym and eveything is fully functional the society. Build quality is really good as there are no issues regarding leakage and seepage in the society. high security systm and all the area were under cctv survilance. cleaniness was good in the society. pet animals were allowed in the society.
Bachlores were not allowed in the society,this society is only for family residents. Auto and other transport facilities were not available easily but there were schools and hospitals near by the society.
