Good things here
The abundance of luxury amenities, like the top-notch gym, pristine swimming pool, clubhouse, and expansive playground, truly elevate our living experience. Being near the highway and close to bus stops makes getting around a breeze. Plus, the lush greenery and ample parking space only add to the charm. With excellent construction quality, reliable power and water supply, and top-notch security features like CCTV surveillance and attentive guards, we feel safe and secure here. Having good schools, colleges, parks, banks, and hospitals nearby is a huge plus. And with such a friendly neighborhood and reliable lift facilities, it's an all-around great place to live.
Things need improvement
It's important to consider that the distance from essential shops and limited late-night transportation options may require owning a private vehicle. Additionally, the high maintenance charges and nuisances like noise pollution from nearby construction and encroachment by hawkers can be frustrating. Challenges such as inadequate public transport, heavy traffic, and occasional power backup issues further impact daily life. Factors like stray dogs, mosquitoes, and poor road conditions also affect the overall living experience. However, despite these challenges, the society's facilities and amenities still make it a desirable place to live, especially given the friendly atmosphere and convenient location advantages.

Good things here
Very unique project and based on theme of greeanary as society nurtures all trees and plants very well. Surrounding is very pleasant and healthy, despite of mumbai pollution and traffic issue in this place one can breathe fresh natural air. All society members are very cooperative and keeping society environment always warm and lively by arranging all cultural activities and celebration. Whole project is surrounded in 35acres and spacious landscaping done, as it include long jogging track, miyawaki garden is just like a cherry on the top for the project, big corporate houses, 5star hotel like Taj are there in the premises. Overall its very lively place situated in the heart of Mumbai as very close and conveniently connected to Central mumbai, Western Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, South Mumbai.
Things need improvement
Overall society is fine however there can be few improvement with kids play area. All daily use items are available on call but need 1 super mart also.

I'm thrilled about the property's prime location in Vikhroli and how close it is to nature. The construction quality is top-notch, with no reported issues like leakages or cracked walls, which is reassuring. It's also great to have good public transport options nearby and easy access to schools, colleges, and hospitals in the vicinity, making daily life so much more convenient.

It's worth mentioning that the maintenance charges in the society are on the higher side and have been steadily increasing each year. Also, being near the highway means relying on private transport since essential shops and services aren't within walking distance. Furthermore, the noise and air pollution from nearby construction projects can be quite bothersome, particularly for vulnerable groups like children and the elderly. Road maintenance is also a concern, causing traffic congestion during peak hours, and occasional issues with street vendors leading to overcrowding and unhygienic conditions outside the society.

Having lived in Godrej Colony in Vikhroli for the past 15 years, I must say I absolutely love the unique and beautiful outer structure of the building. The security measures, the overall environment, and the positive vibes within the society truly create a peaceful living atmosphere. It's remarkable how clean and green the surroundings are, and the fact that it's conveniently located with schools and hospitals nearby is a huge plus. Oh, and let's not forget the serene green view from the balcony that adds to the pleasant ambiance, making it such a desirable place to reside.
Things need improvement
While there are many wonderful aspects to living here, it's worth noting that the security guards can be quite strict and unfriendly towards trespassers, and the budget required to buy a flat here is on the higher side. Additionally, the nearest market is situated 2 kilometers away, which can make grocery shopping a bit inconvenient.

Good things here
I've been living in this community for five years now and I'm really happy with what it has to offer. The area is beautifully maintained with plenty of green spaces, and the buildings are well-constructed. We also have great amenities like a swimming pool and a gym. The security is top-notch too, with CCTV and strict access controls ensuring we all feel safe here.
Things need improvement
While the maintenance charges are a bit steep, and we do experience occasional power cuts despite having backup systems in place. The lack of metro connectivity and the distance from the airport can be a bit inconvenient at times. Also, dealing with street vendors and encroachments outside our society can lead to overcrowding and hygiene issues. Plus, the noise pollution from nearby construction and traffic congestion can be quite bothersome.

Plus, finding parking can be a challenge, and cleanliness isn't always up to par.
