Good things here
I love that my society is very close to my office, which is extremely convenient. Another great aspect is how it celebrates all festivals perfectly. Additionally, the society offers excellent parking facilities, which is another plus point for residents.
Things need improvement
The maintenance of my society is a major concern for me, as it requires significant improvement. The construction quality is also quite poor, leading to issues such as seepage, leakage, and problems with plaster.

The locality of the society is good. Hospitals, market and rest other things are nearby. Maintenance is just moderate here.

Great maintenance system of the society, parks are plus point of the society with greenery. Safety of society is good here. Cleanliness is good taken care by committee. Parking is also quite good.
Things need improvement
There are many dogs in the society which is very scary, construction quality is moderate. Gym is not good, lifts are also not upto mark.

My society is perfectly good people living here are good and cooperative, there fridnly nature makes the society more comfortable for residents.

Society has only one thing worst and that is the Elevator facility, most of the time when you are in hurry lifts are not working. committee member should work on it.
